Ordered trophies from them last baseball season. Gave them the order a week in advance and they were ready on time. Would recommend them to friends

Was told product was in stock and would take 2, maybe 3 days to complete. Got call a couple days later stating it wasn’t in stock and that it would have to be ordered. Took almost a week and a half to get my 2 – 3 day order completed.
WARNING!!! — This business does not give you the chance to «Proof» the work. After product was completed the font types and sizes were nothing like what was requested. Good thing they don’t require paying up front…
Customer Service was also horrible and rude.
I took my business elsewhere and got the same product CHEAPER, got to PROOF it, and turned out SOOO much better.
Please consider driving somewhere else to get better service, proofing and a BETTER PRODUCT!!!
