This company has no regard for your time. My appointment was for 9:00am. They called at 10:30 and said they would be an hour late. At 12:45 they called and said they would be here in an hour. They finally showed up at 1:45. I had already called another carpet cleaning company and they were on their way over. The owner made his excuses and apologies and offered us a very cheat price. We will never use this company again. I gave two stars because of the price. But cheap is expensive… buyer beware.
