Yuba Sutter Mall

I have to say, for a city of 64,000 people, I was impressed by the mall here. I can see from the reviews that most people don’t seem to be too thrilled about it, but if you’re from out of town. It’s not fair to compare what you have to here. This is a small town. Sure, a lot of stores are closed, but I like that they still made an effort to display items from other stores in the windows (shoes, jewelry). Really, I came just to look around and spent most of the time in the kids play area, which is larger than the one in where I live

This is for Yuba City furniture. You’re sign says you open at 10:00 am. Try opening on time, perhaps customers who have a lot to do wont take their business elsewhere.

F– Sad but true, our mall is horrible. It has the potential to be great although it seems as if they can’t rent out all the spaces. The only time I will be caught here is going to JCP. I really wish they would remodel and make the mall a better place although I won’t hold my breath.

Horrible mall! Our car’s Cadillac converter got stolen here during regular business hours. My kids and I parked by the Ross entrance around3 pm and after about an hour of shopping, we left and once I started the car, a huge motorcycle type of sound came from the engine. The next day, I had a mechanic take a look and he said the Cadillac converter got stolen which will cost around $ 4000 to replace.
The mall is very small, dead, no major stores to shop and the worst is the food court. No good choices to pick from so u have to basically eat before or after you leave. They need to bring a Macy’s here and more food vendors.

This mall is very small-​30 minutes of walking the whole thing and thats not speed walking, with few stores, small food court, always seems like stores are closing down, an investor needs to help this place, they are loosing money to other cities. Bathrooms are dark and clean.

I went to the mall with my family to see Santa. The new company handling the Santa this year is a joke! They could not take a good picture if their lives depended on it. The ladies were very nice but the pictures were awful.
Now for the mall itself, the parking in front at the handicap first parking spot is an accident waiting to happen. I use a cane to walk and keep my balance. It was raining and dark and after exiting my car and getting about 1 foot past the back bumper my cane went straight down into the drainage grate, luckily I didn’t fall flat on my face. Why would they put a drainage grate at the end of a handicap parking spot in front of a crosswalk? Are they trying to get sued. I called today to let them know about this problem and the young lady that answered the phone said she would get the message to the manager of the mall. I asked if she wanted any information from me, like my name or number and she said no it wasn’t necessary. Really, I would think that the management would want to hear about this problem not just brush it off!

This place is a joke. The swap meet is more fun than this pathetic excuse for a mall but it is Yuba City sooo. Yeah.

Every time I go to the mall, it is kind of depressing, empty, no energy atmosphere! I mainly stop in to go to Bath and Body Works, stock up on A LOT of soaps, which can last about six months :) They smell amazing, best hand soaps ever! I go to Game Stop often, Forever 21 sometimes, but that is about it. The best mall I’ve been to is the Roseville Galleria and NOTHING compares to the malls in Dubai, UAE…
Basically when I go to YC mall, I’m in and out quickly! Not really a frequent mall shopper ;) I used to love Sbarro pizza but unfortunately that closed down.

This mall makes Reno’s puny meadowood mall look like Rodeo Dr lol! There’s a bunch of stores that have shut down. They don’t really have any of my favorite stores. Victoria’s Secret? Buckle? Booooo there’s more of those tiny, annoying kiosks than there are stores. I would say make the short jot to Roseville than waste your time here. Looks like this mall is going under anyway. Like, their «food court» seriously?! There’s like 4 places to eat. 2 of which are msg filled Asian food, Mexican (which gave me a horrible stomach ache — all I ordered was a vegetarian burrito and they still managed to serve a stomach wrenching meal) and a pizza place that has pizza sitting out in a heat lamp bleh!

What you see is what you get. The Mall is a bit on the Ghetto side, but if you are just looking for something simple like a new pair of shoes or a quick gift then this Mall is alright.

A lot of people hated this place, including my friend that is stationed here at the Air Force base. I walk into this mall with my other friend who came up with me from the LA area and even though I see why people hate the place, it’s not bad for me. The place has a couple of places here I’d frequent to if I live here like Gamestop, FYE, JCP, Sears, and a few others. But my only gripe is how UNBELIEVEABLY small the mall is. Even though the place is small, it still has a lot of good places to go to if you need to get something. I went here three times with my friends cause I actually liked it here.

This «mall» is just terrible ! It’s old, seems dirty, and needs some major renovation. The anchor stores (JCP & Sears) do not have much selection. The Ross is messy and disorganized. The only store that is worthy is the Forever 21.
If you need to get something quick then you can probably find it in this mall, but if you really want to shop do yourself a favor and go elsewhere like at Roseville Galleria or Arden Fair.

This place is not a ‘Mall’ more like a shopping center. It really bothers me that with the population here this is the best Yuba City can do. And I’ve heard the owner is a real cheapskate, as well. I gladly make the drive to Roseville or Sacramento for more options, but I really wish I didn’t have to. Both Sears and Ross are probably the two worse stores in the whole mall, no Victoria’s Secret, a few really cheap women’s clothes stores. I really only go for the Forever 21 and Footlocker that offers 20% military discounts. Boo! Yuba Sutter Mall, you know you can do better.

Great for a mall it’s size. Having been to many similar sized malls in small communities, this is among the best of it’s size. Although it is a small mall, it has a nice variety of stores from national chains to small local stores which provides a good variety for the local area.

This is truly a sad mall. The only reason i come here is because of the enormous Forever 21. Most of the stores in the Yuba-​Sutter mall is quit lame, and not worth the time to walk around… hopefully one day this mall will become more occupied with better well known brands stores…

This mall has nothing to offer you need to go to Roseville or sac it does not have really any good stores we need to get better stores and stuff for kids to do + this mall is dirty very dirty not clean

i mean nothing, no stores that are any good, i dont want to see any of the people either, especially on sundays. sorry but i call it like i see it…

I have been warned about this mall, and those whom have warned me were not wrong, at all.
The Yuba Sutter Mall is SUPER disappointing for an avid mall shopper, such as myself. The anchor stores aren’t fantastic. I didn’t even think that Ross could be an anchor store, but at this mall, it is! And there’s not even a Macy*s!!!
The only upside is Forever 21. I have frequented Roseville & Arden’s Forever 21, and I have found that Yuba City’s has the best selection. (Especially their sale section!)
I only go to this mall if I’m in the need for something cheap and near by. But if I’m going to do any hardcore malling, I’m driving to Arden first. And maybe Roseville. Why hasn’t Yuba City tried to lure better businesses to this mall?

Sorry, but our mall sucks. Period. I usually go to the Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento whenever I want to go shopping. I HATE going to the mall here.
