Wow, same problem the other reviewer mentioned. I called 5 times in a 24hr period to have emergency service done (they had done the work prior so I figured I’d better stick with them) and NOT A SINGLE CALL BACK. It’s now been 2 weeks and I’ve since handled the problem another way, but still haven’t heard anything from these guys. What a joke! I mentioned I was totally willing to pay for their time/​services and you’d think they’d at least return a call. All their phone calls are handled by an answering service, no matter what time of day you call. Kinda weird?
