Redhawk Pool Service & Repairs

First off let me say I was a new home owner and to top it off I was a new pool owner and had absolutely no knowledge whatsoever about how to maintain a pool. My first night in my house I went outside to the back and noticed my pool pump was making a really loud noise and I was sure it wasn’t normal for the pump to be making so much noise. I panicked a little until I finally found a shut off valve and shut the pool off completely. The next day I called several pool services in my area and no luck even getting someone to answer their business line. I called Redhawk Pool Services and the phone went to voicemail… so I decided not to leave a message and keep trying. A few seconds later my phone rang and it was Redhawk Pool, even tho I didnt leave a message Stacy called me back anyway. I was absolutely relieved and I explained my dilemma to her and that same day her and her husband came out to assess my pool issue. They were friendly and helpful and even gave me a pool 101 course. I couldn’t have appreciated it more. That day they resolved the pump issues and made recommendations as well as supplied the needed chemicals and such for the pool. Of course considering I was still a little challenged in the maintenance of pool cleaning I decided that I would ask them to please continue services and now I have a weekly service with Redhawk. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone seeking an honest, reliable, and friendly pool service to handle their pool and spa maintenance. August 2015

I would not recommend this pool service company. They have been late servicing our pool, or have had to reschedule on several occasions. We’ve had to keep our dogs locked up for hours awaiting their service and they didn’t even end up showing up. Also I’ve walked out and checked our pool after they’ve come, and it hasn’t been cleaned all the way. There has still been debris at the bottom. They do a poor job with customer service, cleanliness, and they are not consistent in showing up.
