Relaxing Touch Massage

I have never left a review for somewhere that wasn’t 5 stars, but after experiencing such terrible customer service I feel like I need to warn any potential customers of this business to take extra precaution while scheduling an appointment here. I’m sure their massage services are fine, but I never got the chance to experience them. My fiancé and I each bought a Groupon for this business and while I was out of the country he scheduled massages for us the day after I got back. Somehow there was a miscommunication and the employee scheduled us for 2 days early, a day before I was going to be back in the country. The business called my fiancé hours after when they had scheduled our appointment to tell us that we missed the appointment and would still be charged. When my fiancé got ahold of them he explained that he never would have scheduled for that date because I physically would not have been able to make it since again, I was out of the country. The employee proceeded to blame my fiancé for the mix up and showed no flexibility in rescheduling us or giving us a refund. When I reached out to Groupon about the issue the company responded to me in the same manor. They were rude and defensive, which is ironic for a place that is supposed to encompass relaxation and serenity. Anyone who has worked customer service will tell you that is the last way to approach a customer about a discrepancy. Hopefully in the future if there is ever a mix up they will take a different approach that won’t lose them customers.

Mark is a miracle-​worker! At only 30 years old I have had persistent knee pain in both knees for over four years, and after one massage it is just about 100% better. Yucaipa is lucky to have a masseur this skilled. I would certainly recommend trying this place out, as they are very knowledgeable on musculoskeletal anatomy. Worth every penny!!!

I really like coming here. Ive been a member for a year and have to say that they take great care of me. I have a high stress job, and having good quality, affordable massages has done wonders for me. I leave here feeling great! I only had 1 massage where I didn’t have a firm enough touch, (& I prefer very firm), but they asked me how it went, I was honest, and they have since made sure I am with someone more suited to my needs. They’re pretty great, I highly recommend them.

I would give Mark 10 stars if I could! 1^st time here and I have already booked more sessions. Great experience from start to finish. Been looking a long time for a great therapist. Found one here!!! If you are searching like I have been, you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely LOVE Mark! I was skeptical at first cause I usually have women as massage therapists but saw Unilocal reviews and just had to try him. He is the BEST masseuse I have ever had. I used to go to international day spa in Redlands and the price was more expensive and the experience doesn’t even compare. I have really bad back pain and Mark relieves all that pain and really works on your back to make sure all those knots are out. I leave each time feeling like a new person with all the pain gone. He truly has healing hands.
I joined the VIP membership they have to offer and is totally worth it. If you can’t use your massages for the month, they either roll over or you can even share them with a friend of family member. Which is awesome.
Mark is the nicest guy along with Drew who handles the front desk. Truly the nicest people you can meet. They truly care about your massage.
It’s not just about getting business for them like most places, it’s about actually helping you physically feel better. I can’t believe the pain relief I get.

Easily 5 stars for this place. Mark is very skilled at his craft. I rarely feel comfortable going to get a massage, but he put me instantly at ease, and cured some severe back and neck issues. Highly recommend.

One word A-​MAZ-​ING!!! This has got to be California’s best kept secret. Everything from the environment to the massage itself blew me away. An affordable MUST DO! Mark is attentive and kind. There is no one else like him. I’m hooked!!!

My experiences with Mark as a massage therapist have always been the best I have ever had. His reflexology treatments are so very relaxing I have to make ever effort to not fall fast asleep in order to truly enjoy every relaxed moment.

As the the business name claims Mark’s massages therapeutic and relaxing. As a massage therapist myself those are two main attributes I strive for. Mark has a great set of hands. His work is not quick and jolting but rather relaxed and seems effortless. Paying attention to every detail his massage is purposeful and effective. The space provided for massage is professional and calming. I would highly recommend his work.
