Nancy was wonderful! She helped me out on my sister baby shower. I had been talking to her about green carnations, and we decided on ease we would go with white. For some odd reason the carnations were only available in green! Remembering our conversation, she tried to get a hold of me for approval, and I missed it! She went ahead and got the green ones for me. They were exactly what I wanted. They gave the baby shower that POP I was looking for, and they were beautiful. I will use Nancy again in the future!

Nancy did a wonderful job for my Grandmother’s funeral flowers. Flowers lasted at least the two days that they were needed and then the lilies bloomed day of funeral, it was magical. I know my Grandmother was smiling down on the beautiful arrangments.

If you would like to deliver flowers to someone, and you want it to be an enjoyable experience for them, DONT USE THIS FLORIST. The deliverer is extremely irritable.

I truly wish I could say I had a wonderful experience as the previous « Unilocalers» I don’t live in the area and wanted a bouquet of flowers sent to my sister in Calimesa for her birthday. The «flat» arrangement arrived and my sister thought it was an arrangement to lie on a casket. rather than a lovely bouquet for her table. Nancy and Renee were both very defensive and told me they don’t send out arrangements to be viewed from any angle and this type of arrangements is ONLY for weddings. My sister took the flower arrangement apart put in another vase and made an arrangement she was pleased with. It should have been a happy moment to receive a lovely bouquet of flowers. Nancy said I should have told her I wanted a full arrangement. What kind of nonsense is that? I never heard I’m sorry you weren’t pleased. She also acted like she was so put out to handle a problem on her «vacation day». Please tell me who gets a «vacation day» when you own your own business. You can be sure I won’t be ordering flowers from Yucaipa Flowers again!

OMG Thank you Nancy! I am from out of state called this flower shop because of the ratings it has. I am glad i did I called 3÷2÷14 at 2pm called and asked if i can place an order for the next day 3÷3÷15 for my moms birthday and have it deliver to her work before she got off. Well Nacny did just that on a short notice, and not only that my mom was very VERY happy with the flowers very nice arrangement completely satisfied!!! Thank you again! you are now on my phones contacts! :)

Always goes out of her way to make sure I am happy. Will work outside of «normal» business hours (yes, I make it worth her while). Quality product, always lasts.

Not happy at all. .you would think that ordering a mixed bouquet, you would get a mix of flowers and colors. .not the case here, all I received was daisies and more daisies. .98 percent of it was all yellow and to top it off a big yellow bow. hideous, not worth the fifty dollars spent

I live out of town but most of my family and friends are in the IE so I have used Yucaipa Florist many times and have ALWAYS been more than happy! Every arrangement has been more than amazing. The owner is very picky with her flowers and it shows. If you ever need flowers in the Yucaipa/​Redlands/​Loma Linda/​Beaumont/​Banning area, call Yucaipa Florist!!!
