I give the 5 stars for the vocal coach Jessie Massoudi. I’ve worked with her many times and am always inspired by her skill and ability to teach students of all ages an experience. She has a special ability to draw out the best features in each student. Always smiling and patient she makes anyone excited for their lesson. I highly highly recommend her!

I have been doing business with Yucaipa Music over the past 9 years. I have always received prompt, curious and professional service delivered in a warm and caring manner. As a privately owned local business, it is refreshing to deal one on one with their staff and not experience the ‘Big Box’ commercialized atmosphere.

If you hate giant music shops and miss the quaint music shops of the old days, go here! Also, LANCE is the man and will fix any issues (electrical or otherwise) with your guitar. Had a strange set up on my tele (triple with coil split) and he contact Fender /​Gibson and everyone in between to ensure he could get the best sound out of my guitar.
AWESOME guys there. Highly recommend. Selection of guitars is geared more toward (s) the lower end/​entry level, but the service is great.
Definately bringing all my equipment there for repairs and will be buying most of my strings/​picks/​etc from them

Extremely poor service and even worse [employee competence]. I have been to many music stores in my 30+ of being a musician. I was shocked, then angry, then entertained by how much ‘fail’ came out of my dealings with these guys.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Unless of course you want a crappy selection, to be treated by idiots, and pay inflated prices. I can’t believe I have to recommend Guitar Center over this mom & pop shop.
