My shut in disabled wife was rudely told she was no longer allowed services at APS because of her chronic no shows. We always gave plenty of notice and rescheduled and made them. We were dismayed by the therapy too because a visiting Dr. M.D. would show up and just write my wife’s prescriptions for her pch. meds. and offer no therapy in and out in 10 minutes? We had a $ 30.00 copay which they would never bill our secondary insurance so we lost out on the refund. We asked kindly for a reconsideration Honeycutt said NO she said it was a conflict of interests. Now we are forced to drive 40 miles away to the nearest covered provider. Thanks Honeycutt for NOTHING and we mean NOTHING. Maybe my wife will now start to get the help she needs from real professionals who really have good patient care, we hope. Buyer Beware!
