I would like to take the time to thank the employees of Chet’s Appliances for assisting us in our extended warranty… and for their professional service and valuing their customers. Valarie spent time talking to me about stoves and brands, which I really appreciated. Our stove knob was not engaging to turn off the gas and my husband thought it was the valve. This was dangerous, because I didn’t realize the gas was left on, until someone walked into our home… Brian came over today and adjusted the knob for free and all was well! He was very nice, personal, and professional. Thank you for a great experience, we would highly recommend Chet’s!

We have bought a few things from Chet’s. All the employees have always been helpful and very fair. We had to buy a replacement part for our oven. We bought one on-​line & then ended up needing one in a bigger hurry than we thought. Chet’s happened to have one so we picked one up there. The very next day the part came by UPS. Since it was the same exact part we asked Chet’s if they would take back the part we bought on-​line. Amazingly they did when they didn’t even have to. We greatly appreciated it!
As far as the other post about the owner going off on his political views I cannot say that has ever happened to us. I’m an unapoligetic liberal, but I also feel everyone is entitled to their opinion whether I agree with them or not. If I end up in a political conversation I do not care for I politely excuse myself & go on about my day.
