I had a similar experience as Serena but at the Yucca Valley office about 6 months ago.
Great doctor, great nurse — caring, professional, attentive. Horrible front desk, nightmare handling of our insurance, billing/​medical management experience from hell. Never got a call from front office, always got railroaded back to the evil billing lady.
Hope they go into private practice. Desert Oasis Healthcare (management company that runs front desk & billing) was abominable on all fronts.
1 star each for dr. & nurse.

Dr Fraschetti and Gabriella have always been so great and accommodating to my children’s needs. Their staff is the kindest and most responsive group that I have dealt with in a medical office. The office and wait rooms are clean and spacious. I have never had issues with wait times or scheduling.

First, I have to say that I really like Dr. Fraschetti and his nurse practitioner, Gabrielle. However, the office is so poorly run that it makes being seen here a nightmare. I have experienced issues with them since my daughter’s first appointment and it has recently gotten much worse with confusion over insurance. I completely understand that insurance issues are out of their hands but the way in which it has been handled is amazingly bad. Great doctor, horrible staff.
Update: My above review stands for the La Quinta office. The office manager from the Yucca Valley office called and he was very nice and apologized for my experience. He explained that the LQ office is separately run and said he would pass along my comments. If you still want to see this doctor I would recommend the Yucca Valley office. It is worth the drive to avoid the staff at LQ. I really hope they improve because the Doctor himself was good. Alternatively, I recommend Dr. Coit in Rancho Mirage.

Called in hopes to make an appointment for my daughter who’s been sick for a few weeks (minor sickness but the prolonged state has me worried) and they couldn’t get her in for a week. Doesnt sound logical for a sick child. Definitely makes me question their practice.

I wouldn’t put my children’s health in any other hands! Wonderful staff, clean office, and very caring doctors. My kids love visiting even when they aren’t feeling good.

The last two times we’ve been our wait times have exceeded 30 minutes. We have no plans on switching doctors, the doctor really does seem to care and we like the atmosphere, the care we’ve received, and the cleanliness… I just wanted to update!
