The portion was served for me was like for a cat! If you sell one item combo, you still have to put some food in it!

I know this place is new but seriously fried rice is «fried» rice how do you mess it up? It was very bland my rice was basically white rice with vegetables in it. It was also clumped together and sticky !

For being in the middle of nowhere(according to the city slicker in me, sorry) this panda was surprising. They have a tea bar, which I’ve never seen at any location I’ve been to in LA, SF, OC. Pretty huge sizes too! They also have a drive through which I’m a huge fan of. The staff here are very friendly and the dining area is pretty large and clean. The food is as good as any panda. Not great but not bad. Good enough, haha. If I lived around the area, I definitely would come back.

It is a safe place to eat but at times they are real busy and run out of food items. The restaurant is noisy and can be hard to order the food.

Lowering the rating down to 3. Recently have had issues. First ordered the Shanghai Beef which the menu says comes with asparagus. Yucca Valley apparently thinks green beans are the same. Complained to corporate, good for $ 10 gift card. Two days later the same thing PLUS meat uncooked. At minimum got refund. Side portions are getting smaller too. I don’t know if now they are established they have cut the staff or sales are dropping and so are the portions. They really need to get it together.

I ordered the plate with chowmain, fried rice and spring rolls. I was given half burnt noodles and half dry noodles, the rice was dry and had no flavor Mike with clumps of white rice which was not ordered, I can tell it had been sitting on the warmer for a while very little vegetable on both rice and chowmain the spring rolls were okay I was served a small portion on the take out plate as if they did not have enough for the serving it was horrible service they rush you out I understand quick service but this was a rush out, go away I did not get a good by, thank you, come back, or enjoy, nothing like that ! they were to worried to serve the next guest. I’m not sure if I should return still debating.

My wife and I are big panda fans and have eaten at this location once with no problem, but this time we had some issues. We got there at around 1030 which is pretty early so we figured the food would all be fresh, but it didn’t taste like that at all. The chow mein was really dry and just tasted old. Same with the orange chicken. Pretty sure it was leftovers from the night before.

*** Pit stop review(Yucca Valley)*** This Panda express is right off of the main strip and is newly built. Well, I don’t remember seeing it last year. The unique architecture with a giant panda peeking out of the corner of the structure make it stand out. The inside is certainly as clean and pristine as the outside. Upon entering the facility I was greeted with a cheerful, «Welcome to Panda Express». The layout and the food is just what I’d expect from a standard Panda Express. Sometimes I take it for granted how consistently good their food is all the time, every time. I had the kung pao chicken, teriyaki chicken, with some crispy shrimp on the side. Every item is moist, not dry and serves as a great escape from another burger or taco fast food day. Here’s what I liked… * Great food. Just the way I like it… * Very clean and nice looking facility. * Easy access off the main strip, and easy access back on the road. * Easy large parking spaces. * No graffiti tagging up the restrooms. Once again small town living untainted… very cool :-) Here’s what I didn’t like… * Nothing comes to mind. Food = good(as expected) Seating area = very clean Service = friendly Restroom = very nice and clean

Every time I go there their trays are never full always a three-minute to five minute wait for your food by the time you pay for your food and sit down it’s cold from the wait in the line the one in casino Palm springs and casino morongo is great yucca valley needs to get their act togetherand it’s pretty pathetic when they sit there and count the shrimp and meet that they put on there I would be surprised if they start counting the grains of rice next

I’ve been to this Panda location many times with no issues but last night I had a big issue. Went through the drive thru at 8:13pm only to be told that they had no rice available. No white rice, no brown rice and no fried rice. Basically they wouldn’t have anymore rice for the night even though they didn’t close until 9:30pm. How can Panda Express of all places go without rice? The girl taking the order seemed to think it was funny. We had to put the car in reverse and attempt to back out of the line. The employee did say they could offer chow mein but that it would be a 6 to 10 minute wait. Was this because the employees were too lazy to make more, or was it that they just didn’t want to deal with it that late into the evening? Time to take my money back to the local restaurants. Sorry Panda you were a MAJOR fail.

Ordered a double broccoli beef and fried rice and ended up with 4 little pieces of beef and 3 lbs of rice. First time going to this panda. I usually go to several in Palm Springs and have always been pleased with the portions. Food was same quality as the Palm Springs Panda but you better like rice if you go to this one. Won’t go here anymore. I’ll just pick it up on the way home from Palm Springs. What a rip off. Should be call rice express. My wife’s order was the same way except she got about a ¼ cup of chicken for a double order. Oh, and a bizarre amount of rice.

My FAVORITE«fast food» spot! With DRIVETHRU! Perfect for my busy schedule! Somehow the food doesn’t seem up to par with other Panda restaurants, but it’s still fairly new. hopefully they’ll work it out

Best service for a fast food restaurant in town. I especially like the customer service by Alicia. Always so friendly and helpful. Full of hard workers.

This location is beautiful. I was impressed right when I walked in! It have to be a brand new Panda Express because the ones down in Riverside aren’t this nice. The layout was really nice, there was a lot of space its very big in there, and the style and decorations were very new and trendy. I was greeted with a smile right when I walked in the door. Also it was very busy in there the service was on point. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Thank you young ladies that served me were very friendly and polite. The only bad thing I could say about this place is that the other workers other than the two that helped me hardly spoke any English and I were talking very loud in the back in Spanish. Other than that it was a great experience especially for a fast food restaurant. The food was very fresh, full of flavor, and cooked perfect. Next time I’m in town I’ll definitely stop by again!

Not bad for white wash Asian food — says an Asian girl. It’s clean. It’s new. It’s trendy. It has milk tea and boba! I’m down for that.

My family and I love Panda Express but this was the worst Panda Express visit we have had. The drive thru screwed up… We ordered a few things one of which was an orange chicken bowl the drive thru employee read it back to us and it WAS on there. We get home it’s not on the receipt and it’s not in the bag. Then we pull out an order of fried rice we got for our son. It was open and poured all over the bag making s gigantic mess! Thanks for wasting my money jerks!
