What a HUGE disappointment. On Super Sunday I went and picked up arpund 25 to 30 wings with a couple of different sauces. I was told 15 minutes wait. After 25 minutes, I stepped back to the counter where the wings were sitting. I couldn’t figure out why they didn’t call me so I asked. The girl said ‘it wasn’t her fault. There were lots of people working, so screw them all. The wings were Not good. They were undercooked and flabby. Never again.

Hit or miss. Mostly miss. Somehow 3 minutes away and still takes up to an hour for delivery. Never get it fully right. Even with the cutting of the pizza. How hard is that?

I’m giving this place 2 instead of 1 stars because the pan pizza itself was really good. That, and the fact that the employees were nice. The rest… first, there are no waitresses, they stopped using them. There are no signs letting you know this, such as ORDERHERE and PLEASESEATYOURSELVES, so we had to figure out these things on our own, as there was only one person at the counter, and she was busy. Someone does, however, bring you your pizza to your table. There are also no menus at the tables, no salt and pepper shakers, and when we asked for red pepper and Parmesan cheese, she replied that she did not know where the shakers were… so she instead brought us the to-go packets. The one menus we saw was at the counter, with the idea that you view it there and decide what you want, with people waiting behind you. The salad bar is all but gone… there is small one in the former one’s place, and no more pizza buffet. There is a claw machine, and a few other machines. When we were there, there was a large group of kids literally running circles all around the restaurant, bumping into our chairs, and no one seemed to care… which lent itself to a Chucky Cheese vibe. The prices(I believe) have come down from the former version with waitresses, etc. So… if you want decent pizza at a fair price and can deal with the minimalist setting and rampant kids running around, you may like it. I think the owners could help the situation by posting some signs around, so that people walking in can know to seat themselves, where to order, etc. And, put the condiments back on the tables, with some napkin holders. We’ll see.

One of the worst Pizza Huts I have ever been in. Cooks not wearing gloves when preparing food. Messed up the order and had to wait and get the rest to go because we were tired of waiting. Cinnamon sticks just had butter on then no one speck of cinnamon so we tossed them cause they were a greasy mess. Manager goofing off… very sad wont be back. This place just needs to close.

Worst experience ever for the past 2 times!!! The service for our local pizza hut is horrible, and has been that way for a while now and really needs to change. Past 2 times, have went and totally fucked up with my online order. 1st time– I went and they pretended my order was a personal pan pizza, but when I said it was buffalo wings, they turned to say another person didn’t start them, and they were sorry. Easy to shift the blame on another when they seemed to know already and play it off by saying my order was another. 2nd time– Beyond the worst experience ever. I work in fast food and know what it is like to have complaining customers and thus don’t do so. But I found myself being too angered and frustrated. Going in, I was standing in place for 20 minutes. Literally! 20 minutes.(arrived at 10:37 about, and left pizza hut at about 11:09). I was standing in place for nearly 5 minutes before a girl had acknowledged me. I told her I was picking up, and she then turned to ask her manager if she could use his number to get my order and he said«use your own code» exact words. She went outside and told me I would be help any minute. Again, standing in place, but for about 10 minutes this time, and I was beginning to get frustrated and twirling my credit card. After that 10 minutes, the girl came back in from outside, and walked passed me again and told the manger repeatedly to help the customer. Finally being helped, he asked me what my order consisted of(so I knew the situation already and had a feeling they didn’t even start my order) and when I told him buffalo wings. He looked confused, look at the screen for a few minutes and went to the area with the fryers. I heard a good amount of noise so I went and looked and I seen him dropping new buffalo wings down. Without even asking me if the wait would be okay, apologizing for the inconvenience and everything. So I just walked out and told the girl who did actually acknowledge me that I was leaving and to tell the manager to cancel the order.

Who sat on my breadsticks? Save your $ and eat at one of the many other pizza places in town. Pizza Hut needs to take notice of the decline in sales and service and shut this place down. Will not come again.

Wow, seriously. Came here apprehensively because we had raging appetites & didn’t want to drive to Joshua Tree for Pie for the People. We ordered our food to go & we were told by the cashier that it would be 15 minutes max. 30 minutes later we are still waiting for our food. We approach the gentleman behind the counter & he informs us that our pizzas haven’t even been made yet! We expressed our disappointment & when he acted like he could care less we asked for a refund. I have had bad service here in the past, but figured I would give them another chance. Never again. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra 10 minutes, go to Pie for the people & spend the EXACT same amount on good service & even better pizza

NOSTARSIF I COULDDOTHAT. A month ago I ordered carry out. I ordered online and went to pick up. They told me it wasn’t done and I waited 15 minutes for them to cook it. Then they gave me someone else’s order. Lucky I checked the receipt on the box and opened the pizzas first. Yesterday, the family went for dine in. No waitress despite having 8 employees by the counter and in the back. We ordered 2 pizzas. The first one(with many toppings) came as ordered. The second one(plain cheese) came out messed up. They made a cheese and bacon despite my receipt saying just cheese. The employee took it back and put another pizza in. 20 minutes later, we got our actual pizza we ordered. Many employees work register area and back of the house and are practically stepping on each other. None work front of the house. The impression is no manager at the restaurant and all regular labor. 1. Order before sitting down or going to pick up 2. Check your order right when you get it 3. Don’t tip when ordering. Wait and leave it on the table. Let the service determine.

Poor service, not clean, wrong order, wings without dressing, I was hoping to have a pleasant time we nice dinner but instead I got really really bad service the wrong order then they wouldn’t take up for it he told me was my full when I clearly order something else in top of that for the Wings they don’t even give Dressing, the bathrooms were dirty and he couldn’t even change the channel on the TV

Things have changed at pizza hut. Salad bar is gone. You can dine in but they do not wait on your table. You go up front and order now. I actually wanted to be waited on after working all day. Now they are no different than picking up your pizza except they offer a place to sit down.

I think Unilocal needs to allow zero stars for this establishment. Making minimum wage doesn’t necessarily mean you have to act like a bunch of miserable low lifes. All I see is the staff drinking soda behind the counter, blasting music from the kitchen, and completely ignoring us customers. When we tried to place an order the waiter kept asking us if we were dining in or out, after repeating ourselves for the 5th time he handed us a menu and said«look at what you want to order and come back» basically shooing us away so he can continue to stand at the counter doing nothing. We ordered 3 salads. All taking 45 minutes, yes, that’s right, 45 minutes for salads, JUST salads. When we got it, it was pretty much drowning in dressing. Also they handed us our salads with no forks. What the hell are we suppose to ear our soggy lettuce with? Our bare hands? I couldn’t believe that I had to actually request of silverware which the«waitress» only provided 1. For 3 salads … So ridiculous. So my mom went to the front counter to request more forks, and was completely ignored, not because the waitress didn’t see her but because she refuse to acknowledge my mother’s existence. I can’t wrap my brain around the lack of competence. This has been by far the worst service I think I have ever encountered. We did also order 2 pizzas. But after observing the horrendous service, the pizza seemed to diminish in quality. PLEASEDONOTBOTHERCOMINGHERE. THEREIS A PAPAJOHNSNOTTOOFAR, GOTHERE.

Despite having to order our food at the counter due to the restaurant not having a waitress at 6pm they still managed to get our single pizza wrong! We were told that they do not normally give refunds though they eventually did! Restaurant was quite dirty and staff were less than friendly! Use one of the many other pizza restaurants instead of this one!

This place has gone from bad to worse! Doughy pizza cold wings and slow service! The order was done but the clerk did not bother to check the wing bag!? ! How long were they in the bag ?? Will not be trying again soon.
