STAY AWAY! Doesn’t even deserve one star. Came to our house and gave an estimate and told us they would put all this extra stuff to clean the carpet. We put cash down payment for him to come first thing Saturday morning and said he would call us the next day to schedule a time. He never called and my husband had to call him in the afternoon on Saturday and he told us that he had to come within an hour or it would have to wait until Monday at 0800. We had no choice so we waited for Monday. Monday came along and he called us at 0648 and asked if we could be at the house by 0700 and said if not than he couldn’t make it until 0900 because he took another job. We told him no he needed to be there at 0800. Needless to say he showed up at 0850 and of course we had no choice. But the final straw was when we cleared the house so him and his wife can clean carpet and when we came back the carpet looked just as it did when we left and the whole place wasn’t even cleaned! There were really wet spots and many spots that were completely untouched. We were charged for 1,000 sqft and they didn’t even come close to cleaning all of it. They left a half ass receipts hat didn’t arch the original receipt and when we tried to call them about it they won’t answer the phone. You can find in the pictures above. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE GARBAGE!
