Biff’s 24/7 Fitness center

I recently moved to Mustang with my boyfriend. This is a very temporary move for us we are only here for 4 months. We looked at all the gyms here in Mustang and compared to biffs they SUCK. One gym was trying to charge us 70 dollars a month for a YEAR. When we asked about month to month they do not offer it. Why would we pay for a year when we are only here 4 MONTHS. We decided to check out Biffs and this gym is great. We are paying 30.00 for us both to go to the gym. We had a coupon through the FAA. The gym has all the equipment that we need. It is 24 hrs which is great when the boyfriend works nights. The gym does get a bit crowded around 5 – 7:30 but other than that the gym is great and the people are very friendly that work there! I deff reccomend this gym

Biff’s is a awesome workout gym. I feel it’s less fluff and all about building a better physique. It is always clean with a courteous staff. They are always willing to answer any questions. BFC has the latest and most up-​to-​date fitness equipment that is cable ready.

Good gym. 24 hours is nice. Good equipment and clean. Aside from the occasional guy that doesn’t wipe down a bench or put his weights back, one of the better gyms I’ve been to. Great staff, clean locker room, nice aerobic room, day care, supplement sales… people go here to work out, not to socialize.
All reasons why they get 5 stars.
