Stay out of the Mens room

BDR is a place I’ve been several times over the past few years, as my friend Shane runs karaōke on Tuesday and Thursday night. He’s the best karaōke host in town.
BDR offers some good drink specials, and you can get your fill easily without spending a lot of money.
They have a kitchen, and the food I’ve had there has been really good. The philly steak sandwich is excellent.

Poor, poor service. They lost our debit card after we opened a tab. The bartender gave us a huge runaround when we closed out and then two days later they were more worried about whether we had paid our tab than the inconvenience we had been through of canceling our card etc because of their mistake. The bar was cold and smoky, and the food was just ok.

The name speaks for itself. It is a place with a sense of humor. However, it is a little low on class.
The male patrons are a bit, um, how do I say this? «Rough around the edges». The women are, nicely put, slutty. If you like a guy that gets into bar fights over a pool game, a girl that gets so drunk she can’t even stand up, and smelling like an ash tray when you leave then this is your bar.
On the upside, my buddy Shane does karaōke here on Tuesday and Thursday nights and even though I might be a little biased, he is probably the best karaōke host in the metroplex. Jackie, the bartender, is not skimpy with the liquor in the drinks.
I come here for the karaōke with my perfect boyfriend and have a good time. After observing the male and female options at the bar, I appreciate him even more. Maybe we should come here on the rare occasions when we do argue so I realize what the alternative is and we make up even faster. Lol
