They are honest with you about your wait time, and never rush you to get to the next customer.
Not pushy about extra services.
Air compression chairs are comfortable, especially for pregnant women.
My pedicure always lasts 2 weeks.

This place was packed on a Wednesday evening, so they must be good. However, I was told it would be a 15 minute wait, after a hour I left. I would rather be told to come back later, or «I’m sorry, we cannot take anymore clients tonight», than to waste my time.

The best nail salon I have found with great prices. The gel color wall is huge! So many options! The colors did get mixed up for my mother once. Maybe too many options? No!
They serve you drinks and chex mix while waiting.
The chairs are amazing for pedicures!
You also get a mini massage at the end. Depends on the nail tech although.
They also do waxing. I have not tried it but I hear positive things.
This is my go to nail salon!

It’s so hit or miss here. I’ve now gone 5 times. Yes 5 and got waxing and nail services. I swear every time with my nails im disappointed. They do fast work and don’t even make sure nails are same length. This last time was deal breaker for me. They are expensive and then within 4 days 2 nails broke. Then I look and they are different lengths and some different shapes it’s as if they have no idea what they are doing.
Will never go back. Gave them too many chances

Just got my nails done and eyebrows waxed there. Super nice, new and clean. Everyone there was very nice. I do plan to go back again. Reasonable priced as well.
