THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND OVER RAN WITH ROACHES! Andrea Robertson is the worst manager I have ever had to deal with… for over 8 weeks I have tried to reach her, she is never in the office and NEVER returns phone calls. I have had broken window for over 3months and 4 DAYS ago my sink is leaking water all over bottom cabinets and no one has showed up yet. There is no maintence man here, so all you get is Andrea and she does NOTHING! there is black mold in bathroom, if All Phase realty cares at all about their property they need to get a new manager in here ASAP
