The catfish here is SO delicious, you just have to try it! Fresh to order and very large portions. A 5 piece meal can feed my boyfriend and I. French fries are also amazing. I’m excited to try more on the menu! Reasonably priced and super friendly staff, I will be a regular here.

Wings: 3⁄5 I tried the garlic parm wings the first time. They were strangely gritty. I think they use garlic powder or garlic seasoning instead of real garlic. The sauce just didn’t work for me. The second time, we ordered mild wings. They were better than the garlic parm, but they didn’t blow my mind. Catfish Po’Boy: 3⁄5 I loved the catfish part of the sandwich. It was perfectly cooked, warm, and crispy. But the bread to catfish ratio was off. There was way too much bread. They either need to scoop out some of the middle of the bread or add more catfish. I ordered it with a side of potato salad that I did not like at all. It was partially blended with small chunks of potato. If my boyfriend insists on coming back, I think I will get the catfish dinner. I almost forgot – the owner is always there, and he is a very kind and nice man.

Our friends suggested we try this place and I am so grateful they did! It’s probably best to call in your order so you don’t have to wait. Like it’s been mentioned before, they don’t start cooking until you order. We have called in an order and we have also stopped in and ordered at the counter. If you do have to wait the staff is very nice and friendly. We have only tried the wings from here. They are very good. Plenty of different flavors you can definitely find something for everyone. Whether you like spicy or not there is a flavor for you. Definitely try this place next time and you will be glad you did. They are much better than any wings from the big commercial companies.

The chicken is just your average frozen chicken wings but they fry each order as it comes in so it’s always fresh. That makes a big difference in taste compared to other places that keep it in a warmer for a while. They have several flavors of sauce and you can get them on the chicken or in a cup to dip the chicken in. My favorites are lemon pepper, garlic parmesan and orange sesame. The fries are battered and then fried and so delicious. I mix BBQ and ranch together to dip the fries in mmhmmm! My absolute favorite thing is the potato salad. It’s a mix of mayo AND mustard potato salad. I can’t ever get enough when I order from here. I was disappointed in the banana pudding and the yam cake. The banana pudding is nothing more than instant pudding with a couple slices of bananas and a few vanilla wafers. I went there one night just for the pudding after hearing so many people praising it. It took over 10 minutes for them to get it ready. The pudding wasn’t very cold so I am assuming they mixed it right then. I like my pudding to be ice cold and the wafers to be soft from where they have been in the pudding for a little bit. Neither was the case with this and for the small amount they put in the cup, it was very expensive. The yam cake had a decent flavor to it but it was very dry and it didn’t have the icing on it, it was just a small dollop on the side of the container. But those two things aren’t enough to keep me away. I thought their rolls would be like a dinner roll with philly cheesesteak in them but they are actually egg rolls with either buffalo chicken or philly cheesesteak in them. They were a little weird at first but really delicious. I still need to try their fish, shrimp and some Po-Boys.

Came in to try it for the first time today while on business in Yukon. Everything was made fresh to order, which I love, I’m not a fan of heated by heat lamp fast food. The owner was extremely pleasant, and he treated us the way we all expect to be treated at a restaurant. The lunch special was awesome, got a po boy, a side and a soda for less than what the po boy alone would normally cost. The potato salad was excellent!. And the owner even made us a sample, their sweet and sour sauce was awesome. Can’t wait for my next trip to Yukon, because I’ll be coming here for lunch for sure!

Fresh, clean, homemade, succulent, and friendly. I love coming across a place that makes writing a review simple, because their products are delicious. There aren’t any tables to eat at, and they don’t have oysters or soft shell crab; that doesn’t affect the experience for me but I bet oysters and soft shell crab would be amazing here. Call your order in to save time if you don’t want to wait because it will be made only when you order it. A chicken is quoted saying«Wings and Things?! Really?!» and I say«Yes! Really!»

I’m not sure why there are such great reviews. I got the garlic parmesan wings. They were good but they tasted a little bit like fish(probably were fried in same oil as fish). On the way home, they smelled HORRIBLE. They forgot to include ranch, which sucks but I’ll live. The sides– beans and hush puppies– were really good. Apparently hush puppies are not a side, but since the boy who took my order didn’t know that, the manager threw them in for me anyway.(Which was really nice) For dessert I got banana pudding, and it was definitely not worth $ 3.25, but it was okay.

Hell yes. This is a take out(no seating) absolutely worth the 15 – 30 min wait. Nicest owners, fine, fried catfish and shrimp with great tartar and cocktail sauce. We didn’t even get to the wings once we plowed through seafood, yam cake and the potato salad made with, possibly, crank and rainbow dust. I’m in love.

Wings & Things Review! Price: reasonable. We got 50 wings(2 different flavors but you can get up to 5 on that order), 2 large fries, large okra, and large potato salad for $ 60. Not cheap, but we’ll worth it. Taste: DELICIOUS. Wings were fragrant and we’ll seasoned, with plenty of meat on the boneless! Fries were huge with lots of flavor. Okra and potato salad were«the best ever» and«very good», respectively. Service: Excellent! We forgot to get our ketchup and she brought it put to us, also gave us their menu with coupon! Cons: for wings on a Wednesday night with friends, none! Much better than BDUBS and Wing Stop!

This place was recommended to me by a friend who works at the local Staples store. They have fantastic wings! I eat them without any sauce or dip because their flavor is very distinctive and delicious. I don’t want anything to cover up that taste! In addition, I recently started buying pork chops there and they are so good I find myself wanting to eat them every night. They’re addictive. The owners are super friendly and will do anything to accommodate your needs, tastes and preferences. They will even carry your food to the car. Super friendly and nice. I call in my orders in advance and it’s always waiting for me when I get there. I have lived in Yukon over 20 years. This is my favorite place to eat. That’s not going to change anytime soon.

We’ve never tried this place until tonight. It was really good. The shrimp is anything but shrimpy. Huge and delicious. The fried okra was also great. My husband had wings and my son had the fish. They both really liked them. This will be a great new take out place for us.

I read Unilocal reviews all the time, but this is the first time I felt that I had to write one. Wings and Things is AMAZING! I had been told by a couple people that we had to try this place and they weren’t kidding! We had the traditional wings and got hot, bbq, and garlic parmesan. All 3 were delicious, but the garlic parmesan might be my fave. We also had jalapeño poppers and fries. The fries are battered and ridiculously good. This is now my new favorite place in Yukon! Even though it’s to go only, our food was still piping hot when we got home. My husband and I can’t wait to go back and try some other things on the menu. Also, the owners could not be any nicer! Good food made by good people!

Amazing food!!! Great price for so much! Huge wings with just as good taste. The owners are amazing told me about the history of their business and their pride in the community. Gave me a piece of yam cake to try, would have never have tried it and it was amazing. They have buffalo chicken and Philly cheese steak Rolls, they are like eggrolls but on the inside have your meat of choice. All-around amazing experience and amazing food!

One of our FAA students once asked me a while back where to find good wings around OKC. I advised them if they find a place let me know because the only place I would go to for wings was of course a chained wing place. A few weeks ago tho, after extensive searching, I found Wings & Things and have now had them on 3 separate occasions. Tonight we had to get the 50 piece because we wanted 4 different flavors and lunch for tomorrow. So now I have had just about every flavor of wings they have except a few, which I intend to try soon, and have had the onion rings, French Fries, and jalapeño poppers. I’m telling you people, EVERYTHING I have tried so far has been a Oktoberfest style chicken dance in my mouth! It’s the ONLY place I will get chicken wings from now. Only thing I could recommend is instead of those small napkins that they have that stick to your fingers after eating some wings, they should pass out paper towels. Oh and I almost forgot, their service is some of the best in town for sure. Very friendly courteous type of folks.

Take out only. Tried the original hot and lemon pepper bone in wings. Original hot were great, lemon pepper were a little overpowered on the lemon side. Wings are fried in batter that soaks up most of the sauce, so they taste less wet than Buffalo Wild Wings for example. Fries were also battered a little which was different, but the taste was just ok. Gets 4 instead of 3 stars because of great service. The owner came out and talked to us about the place while we waited on our food. Very friendly.

If you are a wings fan then give this place a try! The traditional wings are bigger than most wing joints I’ve been to and the sauces are homemade and very good. The sides are well portioned and good. The fries have a special«breading» on them that makes them different from most places. The owners are super friendly as well!

Awesome place! A friend recommended this place and I am so glad I tried it! I now have a new favorite place for wings and it’s close to my house!!! The owners are husband and wife that were working tonight when I went in. They were very sweet people! They are proud of their community and are excited about their business. They will be at Taste of Yukon March 27. Go check them out! I just got the wings but I was told by others to try the poor boys. They sound delicious but I was just really in the mood for wings. The wings were huge and had plenty of sauce. Finger licking good! I also was given a slice of homemade yam cake that was amazing!!! I probably would have never tried it if it wasn’t given to me because I had no idea what it was but I WILL definitely purchase one next time! Can’t wait to try the other things on menu for sure!
