Atleast half the time u come people are rude and arent trying to help you. They need to start supervising these people they lack professionalism.

I moved to Arizona today. I had to get some things taken care of at the DMV. I decided to hit up this one in Yuma because I didn’t think I would have enough time to make it to one in Phoenix. It worked out pretty well!
I walked in and took a number. Immediately, I got called over to get my picture taken for my new DL. I was then told to have a seat and that I would be called shortly. No joke, about 5 minutes later, I was at a desk getting my new drivers license, my car registered, custom plates (they are coming in 3 – 5 weeks), voter registration updated etc.
The whole process took about 30 minutes. It was $ 117.00 for all of that stuff. Not bad… not bad at all. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars are the employees. They were all efficient and did their job really well. Would it hurt to crack a smile though? It was like talking to an emotionless brick wall. They got me hooked up and I appreciate the quick service. No personality from any of the ¾ people I encountered though. All businesslike!
I would definitely recommend coming here though. Its no nonsense and they DO get you taken care of very fast! A trip like this without an appointment in CA would have taken hours. AZ got it done in the length of a sitcom. Bravo AZ, bravo!
