BEWARE– Your security deposit will not be returned!!! It does not matter how good you clean or take care of the place, your security deposit will not be returned. After living in one of their homes for over 3 years and taking care of the place, a check of $ 45 was returned from a $ 900 security deposit. We cleaned up the yard but were charged $ 230 for a yard clean up. We moved out on the 5^th of the month and they decided to clean up weeds on the 21^st. Of course weeds will grow back!!! We were exhausted with all the cleaning we did and the move out walk through seemed to have gone well– so we thought. LaDonna came in and told us what to get cleaned better and returned a couple hours later letting us know a tree would be replaced, the carpet would be cleaned and some painting on patched holes. We were fine with this. The check and invoices said a different story. Again, BEWARE of them. If you are expecting a security deposit refund– DO NOT RENT ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES. They will give you the «nice» people upon move in but you will get what they call the «tough» one upon move out.
