Happy Paws Pet Grooming and Boarding

Took my mastiff puppy in today for her first grooming experience. They were so sweet and she was so loved. She came out squeaky clean.

Like most others, we have been searching and searching for a great groomer for our Bulldog and Shitzu. We choose the Spa Treatment and we were blown away with the outstanding results. Yes the staff is nice, yes the the quality of the cut and finish were superb and yes we spent $ 100. However, we’ve spent nearly as much at others with a much lower quality result.
So it’s bye bye to PetSmart, 4Paws, Giggles and the many others.

I have had my Yorkie groomed there several times. She came out looking so cute, and her coat was very soft. The best part was, Zoe (the Yorkie) was happy and not scared at all when I picked her up. I love these girls here. Zoe will be going here from now on!

My dogs and I both LOVE Happy Paws! My little silky terrier and my chocolate lab are not pets, they are family. The staff loves both my little pups as if they were their own. We always get great service. They always go above and beyond to ensure the dogs and their owners are happy. There have been multiple times I have left town with short notice and they always work with us to accommodate them and make their stay comfortable. My dogs come home from boarding happy and are always excited to go back. I would highly recommend Happy Paws to anyone who needs doggy daycare, boarding or salon services.

Beware! Boarded our two dogs for 7 days. When we picked them up one dog had an injured back leg and was not walking on it. Was told that they had no idea how it happened and charged us $ 280 dollars. Told us they would call the next day to see how he was doing and they didn’t, no surprise. Well it’s 9 days later and still no call, not even an offer to help pay for a vet visit. We have used Happy Paws for grooming and have been happy for the most part but now they will never touch our dogs again. We trusted them to care for our dogs.

Absolutely fantastic job. I brought my two dogs in to have them groomed yesterday. They took great care of them and I left with two show winning dogs thanks to Dez and her team of talented groomers. I will gladly take my dogs back to them in the future. Reasonable prices and great service with a smile.

Hmmm… this place was recommended to me by a co-​worker. I have tried almost all the other grooming placed in town and I am trying to find that one perfect place. I don’t think this will be it. The staff a very nice and they did an OK job on my dogs but what got me was the price. It MUCH more expensive than any other place I’ve been too.

I have never left my poodle Angel with anyone else and I was so afraid to leave her. She was there for several days and Dez was wonderful about awnsering my many-​text messages and even sent me a picture of Angel. I would recommend Happy Paws

I wish I could give Happy Paws more than 5 stars. I take my dog there for grooming and boarding and both services are great! Prices are extremely reasonable. It’s nice to have a place like this, especially in the Foothills.

I brought my three dogs to get groomed at Happy Paws today, and I had such a wonderful experience that I wanted to make sure to review them on here! I have a three year old Clumber Spaniel, a two year old Cocker Spaniel, and a small long hair mix breed. All three of them were overdue for grooming, and the owner said they took three washes each to get cleaned up – and I don’t doubt it, the cocker and clumber are both white with tan spots, and they were so clean their white coats were shimmering in the sunlight when we left! No extra charge! I was impressed by what a good job they did on the dogs nails, past groomers I have had often miss a nail or two, but all of their nails were evenly cut, none of them had puppy breath, and there was no water left in the spaniels ears (which can cause ear infections in dogs like mine with long heavy ears). Also, they looked adorable! They even put a pink bandana on the littlest one! :)
The thing that matters most to me (beyond clean eyes, ears, nails, coats, and teeth!) are how my dogs are feeling after they’ve been through a grooming experience. From other groomers I’ve had problems where I go to pick them up and they’re shaking or scared, but when I went to get them from Happy Paws, all three dogs were excited and happy with wagging little tails! The employees had the nicest things to say about the experience of grooming my dogs — where other groomers have charged extra for my clumber stating that he is «difficult» when really he just gets scared if people are too rough with him. Happy Paws has knowledgeable, skilled, professional groomers who know how to gently handle dogs the RIGHT way. Bravo, Happy Paws!
