We just bought a house… have had difficulty with keeping the house cool even though the AC unit was thoroughly checked/​inspected professionally before purchasing home. Rick came out and was so knowledgable with over 20+ yrs of experience and he knew what to look for and didn’t stop at the obvious until he was sure he was diagnosing the problem correctly. In our case it was a simple filter that appeared to have never (in the life of the house) been changed, but who would have known that when we asked that all filters be replaced before moving in the house. UGH. Anyway, he could have made the visit much more expensive had he not been honest and reputable. This is a small town and people talk. I am gonna TALK AND SCREAM YOUR NAME… but wait, that means it will make it difficult to get an appt again when the AC decides to die in the Yuma Heat. Its fine, I want to scream their names out b/​c they are awesome if you need any AC help at all. Rick said all techs there at their company have over 20+ yrs experience so I won’t hesitate to call and take anyone they send me :)
