Our family absolutely loves the cuisine, the atmosphere, and the outstanding service. Julieanna’s is truly a gem of Yuma. Thank you Eric for the freshly prepared New York cheesecake, amazing!

OK. Great atmosphere and attendants… yada yada. But, what is the foofaraw over the quisine? People who rate this establisment high probably rate Rally’s high. For ones palate the taste is insipid and I was embarassed to have visitors from Phoenix here. $ 250 shot!

Every time I’ve come here, the food has been on point. It’s always delicious. The service is excellent. The servers know the product and can hold a conversation about your order. Eric, our server the first two nights, can tell you the history of Caesar salads, and at the same time make the best one you’ve ever eaten. The environment at the restaurant was sublime, outside seating next to parrots and a peacock is like something from a storybook. I bring all my out of town visitors here first thing, it really is worth the price of admission.

Food, wine and service was amazing! Gabe took great care of us. We sat on the patio on a semi frigid night and the heaters worked so well. The revised tortilla soup won me over from the first bite. I’m going to make the soup and the restaurant my go to for lunch. Thank you so much for keeping it amazing!

Great food! We had the prime rib that was great tasting. Gabe was our waiter and he was a blast. Live Macaws there as well as John Henry the peacock walking around. Highly recommend the out side ambience.

In town to visit Date farms… Sunday night, lots of places are closed. Found Julieanna’s on Unilocal but it was very difficult to find, even with the gps on my iPhone. Once inside, the place is impressive, beautiful, Civilization in the desert but we are greeted with«We close in 15 minutes». It’s 7:45 and the front door says Sun 5 to 9pm. Inside there is one other table. 6 employees watch us be seated(like their chances of getting off early are shot) and 4 customers so expecting great service. Large menus are taken away by our server who brings us a sheet of paper of what is available on Sunday. Our cocktails come out of the bar fast and strong with some fresh hot bread. Yum. We order the bacon wrapped Dates which are 4 pieces of 2 grape size Dates in a whole slice of turkey bacon.? The Medjools at the packing plant on 23rd street were as big as my thumb. ?? Their web page brags of using local ingredients but the menu is mostly sea food flown in from the gulf, east coast n Alaska.(Maybe the sandwiches are local.) We’re from the gulf coast and just drove over from San Diego so I order a filet and dad orders prime rib. Mine was good but dad’s has a funny texture. Suspected the prime rib was cooked Friday or maybe frozen then reheated. Well at this run rate it would take 5 days to go thru a whole rib. Another table of 6 comes in after 8pm and are seated. Humm? We didn’t get to see the patio cuz it was raining… nor the full menu. Perhaps those would get another star from me. Possibly the highlight of our culinary experience in Yuma.

Food & service were OK, however I must say I did not like looking at the bill later and seeing they added an 18% gratuity automatically(there were 6 of us), followed by my adding another $ 50. The waitress was good, but not $ 90 good. I am sure the gratuity policy is stated on the menu somewhere, but not too obvious. The automatic gratuity policy for a party of 6 is enough that I won’t be back. Maybe if they did away with the automatic tip the servers would not get so many negative comments on here–

Our dinner experience was great. I indulged in the Twin crab cakes which were delicious. My husband had the lobster ravioli. Our waiter Eric was extremely attentive to our needs and made sure our dining experience was above and beyond. The mojitos are top notch. They pick the mint fresh for your drink, which enhances the flavor of the mint. Highly recommended!

I can’t understand why this restaurant isn’t rated #1 in Yuma! The courtyard has to be one of the beautiful in Arizona, and how could anyone not be delighted by the antics of the all the tropical birds, including John Henry, the strolling peacock? We were very happy with both the food and the service and will definitely dine here again whenever we’re passing through Yuma.

I went here once while in town for the weekend. The salmon dish was absolutely delicious but the portion size was too small in my opinion. Although I noticed my two friends got the same dish and all of the portions were different sizes. Regardless it was very good. Other friends enjoyed their meals too. Service was good even though they were quite busy.

We sat outside on the patio, which was very nice. The service was very slow, in fact the table next to ours left because no one came to the table. The waitress was very nice, and said that their calamari appetizer was the best, so we ordered one. It was very very bland, needed salt. The best part was the fried herbs that the calamari sat on. I ordered prime rib very very rare, and it was borderline medium rare to medium. It was sitting on 3 skinny asparagus, and a pile of mush. I thought it was masa, but turned out to be smashed corn potatoes. The other two I was with each ordered the 9 seasoned strip steak and frites. The steak was cooked to perfection, however it was tough, and the flavor seamed a bit off, can’t really explain it. We did not order desert, paid the bill(85.00 plus tip) and left.

My husband called the restaurant on a Monday to reserve a table for our anniversary dinner on Friday. He was told to call back to set up the Beef Wellington that is an off the menu item that is available given 24 hours notice. .this was Tuesday when he called again. He was told that they would make it(the Beef Wellington) the special for the night on Friday. When we arrived the sign outside said the special was chicken marsala… needless to say we left. We left because after we were seated my husband asked if the Beef Wellington was available. It was not. REALLY? WECALLEDWELLINADVANCE despite t g e fact that they said they would make it. Went to the Radisson Market Bistro.

Service was great but they over peppered everything to death. Over all the best you will get in Yuma.

We are on a road trip to Grand Canyon and decided to eat here for lunch. I ordered the lobster ravioli and it was sooo good. The waiter is friendly and nice. I also saw a beautiful peacock around the resto. The only thing I didn’t like was the service… it took 45 minutes for us to get our orders.

Everything I’ve ever gotten has been delicious. Though they seem to run out of ingredients frequently! But didn’t matter much since everything is so good. Baked Brie is to die for.

Wow!!! I have been in Yuma for seven months and only just NOW discovered this beautiful place! The patio/garden is amazeballs… ok all the tables are mosaic’d and they vary. The greenery is lush and plentiful. I very much enjoyed the live music provided by the Yuma Jazz Quintet. They provide the quintessential background to the delicious food we ordered. The menu is small however they hit all the key classic dishes. My companion ordered the prime rib and I had the crab cakes. Loved both! + the coconut shrimp as a starter! I would like to say I like how they portion their food… it’s just ideal and not the«more is better» philosophy. Would order again in a hot second! It was a very romantic evening with my boyfriend and I look forward to coming back very soon! Thank you for a beautiful evening!

A truly wonderful evening. I found my self looking for something entertaining to do this Friday and was sorely disappointed by the options here in Yuma, but I finally found an ad in the local paper about jass night at lillannas and decided to check it out with my girlfriend. We got there and were amazed by the beautiful restaurant with gorgeous frescos on the wall and a truly exquisite heated garden patio. Everything on the menu looked so good we had trouble deciding what to order we finally settled on the prime rib and crab cakes. The food was amazing and the service was excellent(especially for as buzy as they were) my glass never went empty. The live music was wonderful and provided a truly romantic atmosphere. By far the best evening I have had in the 9 months I have been in yuma. I would give this place 6 stars if I could I will definitely be back.
