I was very disappointed. First off, the Pesto Chicken Panini was not hot. This was takeout. I can accept that the sandwich had cooI down by the time I drove back across the street to my hotel, but the chicken was refrigerator cold. There’s no way it was ever hot. I returned it, they made me a new sandwich and my first bite of the sandwich(in the car outside) was not hot either. It was warm at best. I’m not sure heat would have really saved the sandwich anyway. The chicken breast was the consistancy of a TV dinner chicken breast.

Great place to eat! Traveling thru Yuma found this place to eat. Wow! What a place. It’s a bakery but has sandwiches soups salads. The dessert looked absolutely delicious but we passed on that. Try it!

While passing through Yuma on vacation, we stopped by Kneaders Bakery for dinner. We were very pleased with the food and service. We each had a sandwich and my wife also had soup. Both were excellent. The bread was to die for. It was extremely fresh as if it just came out of the oven. The desserts looked great but we were too full to try any. I heartily recommend Kneaders.

Love the food I always order veggie avocado on wheat no kneaders sauce or cheese with yellow mustard and it’s always made to perfection! Not to mention that this location has better service than kneaders on avenue b.

I’m waiting for my food while I write this but I love, love, love the feel of this place. It’s like a Starbucks and a Panera Bread combined but not franchises so I’m happy to support the local owners.(I assume this isn’t a franchise)

Great fresh food and pastries… Fresh sandwiches better than home made and real shredded turkey

Two cash registers and a sample basket in a very cramped counter area where workers greet customers makes for an initial unpleasant interaction at this eatery. On of the counter workers kept moving the sample basket back and forth nearly knocking my coffee of the counter, I mentioned something and she just blew it off… rude…based on that one encounter alone, no matter how good the food was(wasn’t great) I wouldn’t come back to this chain

My co-worker wanted to try Kneaders thinking it would be like a Panera Bread. This it is not, as it lacks the menu variety Panera Bread has. Specifically, she wanted a loaf of sourdough bread. Unfortunately for her, they do not offer sourdough bread as one of their 16 breads available for individual purchase, but only as a bread bowl with their soups. I ordered the Fully Loaded Potato soup in a sourdough bowl for $ 5.39. Decent price. I love creamy potato soup loaded with bacon, chives and cheese. The potato soup kneaders served me in a plastic container was certainly not«fully loaded». It was watery and lacked the extra ingredients to make it loaded or flavorful. Bland. The only redeeming quality was the sourdough bread. The crust was crispy, but not tough. The serving initially looked small, but the bread made it filling. They could have provided just a bit more soup, because even soaking the soup with the bread bowl left me with a lot of bread when the soup was gone. Customer service was typical of Arizona; the cashier conveyed an irritated demeanour when approached and answering questions about the menu.

I will never return to this place. First off, nothing they make is fresh. It’s all prepackaged, even the soups. They just reheat it all up. Second, customer service is GARBAGE. Wether you go in or you try the drive thru. I sat at the drive thru for 15 solid minutes waiting for someone to agnowledge the fact that I was there, when I said«hello» they said«we will be with you in a minute». How many minutes do you need? Maybe an hour? Then after you get your order in, if you don’t leave beforehand, it takes another 20 minutes to get your food… which will be soggy and or cold if you ordered soup. Employees are NOT friendly, food is way overpriced. You can feed your family for a week for a price of one combo. Kids meals are terrible. Their grilled cheese is all bread. Just not impressed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone u less you want a cheesecake. They do have good cheesecake.

My daughter and I came in for a snack. I got the world’s smallest brownie for a premium price. Not worth it. My daughter’s cinnamon roll was a good size for a good price. It was also delishous. I would recommend this place however be mindful of the portions they serve you for pastries they are not all cut the same for some reason.

I want so bad to give negative stars. Holy cow, the only thing consistent with this place is they consistently get your order wrong. I am in the parking lot after they AGAIN gave me the wrong order. They then said they couldn’t refund the whole order because I didn’t return it. We got rolls for thanksgiving, they had mold the next day, we ordered a turkey salad and sandwich a week before that, the turkey looked like beef jerky, the managers excuse, we cooked it wrong that day! Why serve it then genius. The manager I just talked to who refused to give me the whole refund agreed with me that they suck. Really man, then get some pride in were you work and manage.

Depressing place. Salads served in big plastic bowls … Christmas music playing non-stop more than a month before Christmas … brown avocado long past its due-date. Never again.

Food was average and nothing special. Had the chicken pesto panini. I think they forgot the pesto. It was just a basil leaf. Honestly, Panera is so much better. Have no idea why it’s decorated for xmas on Nov 10th. They were even playing xmas music.

Everyone knows they have wonderful baked goods and sweets. The sandwiches are fresh and they offer a fantastic side salad. Today I found out that they have a good omelette. They offer three types and I chose the Greek. It was hot and fresh with feta cheese, artichoke hearts, and olives. I got a combo and it came with a side of fruit. Not any crappy side of fruit. Real fruit; like pineapple, strawberry, and melons. No slipping in grapes or apples. They open at 0600 and have a drive thru so I may try one of the breakfast sandwiches. Overall I love the atmosphere; from the samples at the register to the friendly staff who brought my side of jelly out to my table.

We came here for our anniversary breakfast. My husband got the, «all you can eat French toast» I know you’re not supposed to share with him but I just wanted to bite! Shhhhhh! i’m glad that we got to spend the morning here, it was very quiet and peaceful not to mention we were in Yuma.

We always have a good experience here. We drive from Phoenix to San Diego at least once every year and this is our mid-trip stop. Good food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. We can’t ask for much better than that. It’s been a consistent experience for a number of years.

DON’T EATHERE. Unless you’re using the drive thru and it’s between this place and McDonalds. It’s probably slightly better for you health-wise. But it won’t be as quick. Seriously. Service was RUDE. And no one seemed to know anything about the menu items. If you have any kind of allergies or special needs, stay far, far away. Ordered a Chicken Pesto and they didn’t put the pesto on it. Had to get up and ask for the pesto. The girl at the counter was very confused and didn’t know what I was talking about. It took three employees to get me a little bit of pesto for the Chicken Pesto sandwich. And somehow my sister ended up with the saddest looking salad in the world that no one ordered. We didn’t eat it because we had no idea what kind of dressing it was and several of us have allergies. This place is in serious need of a decent manager. It was easy to tell that no one had a clue and no one wanted to be there. Really pathetic.

The best breakfast in town for sure. Endless French toast and sourdough pancakes… Healthy omelets with all my favorite vegis… And who can go back to normal bread after this. Toasted, it’s amazing. The French dip is my favorite sandwich. The a la mondo salad is the best. I can go on. Worth the wait, sometimes at lunchtime it’s packed. They make the food fresh and that’s important to me. And gift baskets for when I visit family who aren’t lucky enough to live close to a Kneaders:)

Got chicken enchilada soup, creamy spicy, with chicken and veggies, delish! Chicken salad sandwich, has water chestnuts in it, which gave a delightful additional crunch! Yummy, but a little too much vinegar for my tastes, but really delish even so. Got it on a croissant, simply delish, perfectly moist and fluffy. Was going to eat half… That didn’t work out #gone. Coworker swears by the cream of broccoli soup. Their breads are epic! We had some cranberry pistachio bread the other morning, AMAZING! Brownie: creamy and gooey and yet… Fluffy, crumbly. Just delish! Only complaint… I didn’t purchase one of their Fruit tarts for later. Pre ordered and it was ready in 15 minutes for pickup for 4 people. This chain needs to expand to CA!

I’m really stuck between 3&4 stars for this one. Their products are of pretty good quality, their staff is friendly, the dining area is clean and comfy and the food is pretty good but some of their food items might not necessarily justify the cost. I stopped here on my way back to San Diego hoping to grab a bite to eat and pick up some bread rolls(Ciabatta?) that someone had picked up from here earlier in the week. When I arrived at about 11:30, it was little busy and I unfortunately just missed the breakfast cutoff time but there were still plenty of pastries, and other goodies left. They did not however, have the bread rolls I wanted. I ordered a Chicken Pesto on Country Bread Panini, a Cinnamon Roll and a Cannoli. It’s self-seating so I simply sat myself in the corner at a small table by the window. Within a couple minutes my food was brought to me. I started with the Chicken Pesto Panini, it came with a small paper bag of parmesan cheese potato chips. The Panini had pesto, cheese and what appeared to be one small, thin slice of chicken breast. The quality and flavor was good but it was probably the thinnest panini I have ever eaten. Had it been the only item I had ordered, I probably still would have been hungry after finishing it. At $ 7.39, I should feel a little more satiated than I did.(See pictures) Both the cinnamon roll and the cannoli were $ 1.99 each. The cinnamon roll was really good, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had them warm it for me which really aided it in really hitting the spot. I had the cannoli last and it was also very good, the filling may have been a little more on the drier, thicker and more pasty side but overall it was pretty good. They sell several bread/bakery products which may or may not be left on the shelf by the time you get there. I have found a lot of the bread products to be great, their desserts and their pastries are great but I’m not quite sold on their panini’s and sandwiches yet. I probably should have went with my gut and got one of the club sandwiches but I was feeling like a chicken pesto. As stated previously, the sandwich tasted good, the quality of food was good but it just wasn’t filling enough to justify the $ 7.39 price tag. I can’t argue with the cannoli or the cinnamon roll though. Those were good to go. I need to return not only to pick up some of those bread rolls that I missed but also to try breakfast. They looked to have some french toast combo that looked really good. This place seems to be a great little Yuma breakfast/brunch/bakery spot due tit it’s comfy interior, great bakery products and excellent dessert/pastry selection. The sandwiches/paninis could probably either be cheaper or more substantial or both. I’ll have to try one of their club sandwiches before I make the final verdict on that. Maybe it was just the panini. I’ll stop by again when visiting and hopefully get something from their breakfast menu, maybe a different sandwich and/or some bread rolls from their bakery. So I guess 4 stars for baked goods and 3 stars for Sandwiches etc. Essentially a 3.5 but I like the place so I’ll have to round-up to 4.
