Since my last review they have updated their staff and fortunately they have been very very helpful. They also updated their laundry rooms that now take a card so no more lugging around change. Unfortunately we still have roaches and I haven’t seen a pest guy since July(it’s almost October). The maintenance guys are always fast to repair what needs fixing and the office staff couldn’t be more patient:) Just know that not very many updated units are available and I would do a walk through before renting online.

I lived here for 6 months, the staff was eager to help however had a lot on their plate for just the few amount of people in charge of so much so you have to stay on top of them to get what you want. Persistence was key! The stove, dishwasher and refrigerator were a bit outdated but worked just fine so who am I to complain. Our air conditioning bill was never over 120 for the 1 bedroom apt. and we kept it from about 70 – 75 degrees at all times unless we were gone. The ONLY bad thing I can say about this place is that our neighbors were sketchy. Always had the cops called on them, always had drama, different men coming at all times of the night but I assume that comes with any cheap apartment complex. I rate it a four stars because I honestly am a fan of this complex. I had to leave for deployment but am considering going back. Might check out a few other places but this establishment kept me pretty satisfied.

Moved to Yuma in Aug 09, looked at several rental properties in the area. Location is convenient, property has many amenities such as a pool, hot tub, ample parking and so close to shopping. The management staff is professional, especially Kimmie! Looking for temporary housing seriously consider Regency Square. Be sure to mention I advised you to stop in.
