Payed to get screen and home button fixed on my iPhone 6 Plus for $ 280. I wasn’t told I couldn’t update my phone to new software and when I did the phone crashed. Took it back to skins and armor and they told me they would send it to apple so they can try to fix it. Never got a phone call from skins and armor about any update on it. Had to come in on a later date which they already had the phone in and did not call me. Told me they couldn’t do anything because apple said I voided the warranty by dropping it. Payed 280 pretty much for a new screen and home button that I had for a week that now I can’t use. Horrible service do not bring your apple products here. Better off going to apple.

Had to replace my camera screen. They ordered the part, never called. A week passed and I finally just went in and the guy was like, «Oh yeah here it is came in a while ago.» No sorry. Then He replaced the new part, but left finger prints on the inside of the glass cover. Had to remove it and do it right. Then he brings my phone out and I inspect it again only to find residual glass still loose on the inside. He takes it back another time to fix it… see where this is going? He brings it back out and there was a noticeable gap like he didn’t even look at it while he was doing it. Last time, takes it into the back finally gets a simple job done. Needless to say he didn’t give a damn that I was clearly not happy. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I return.

I have had a little more than a difficult time with this company and James Margah who I assume is the owner. They falsely advertise to repair phones, and never end up returning it back to the customer. My business started a transaction for a screen repair to a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 for T-Mobile, which this company advertises on eBay for a relative affordable price. The phone was shipped out immediately and 1.5 weeks later when I checked, I received a message stating the phone was mailed and a tracking number would be provided shortly. Since then another week + has passed and the owner has stopped responding to emails and has not even responded to the eBay case that has been opened. If you check his feedback score(ebay ID: exchangekid), the same SCAM was done to another customer in the same time period, and there is at least 1 recent negative feedback for failing to deliver goods as promised. I even commented on the business facebook page inquiring about my phone, and the comment was promptly removed. All in all, looking like a lowlife SCAMMER! BEWARE!

I’ve had a difficult time with this company. I purchased 2 iphone 5 cases and they sent the wrong color, so i had to return it for the exchange of the right color. After 10 days, you’d think that I’ve received the CORRECT case, but no. The seller has been ignoring my emails and never sent me the right case.
