What a ripoff! First they charge me $ 300 for a bulb on a DLP TV. That doesn’t fix the problem, so they put in a new color wheel. Still messed up, so they come back a few days later with a power supply. Now the TV is not playing at all. The technician says I should replace the set, we talk about different brands and he says Vizio is great he has four in his house. The supervisor calls me, tries to sell me a used DLP that have but by this point I have no interest in another DLP. When I mention Vizio, he starts talking them down, but he can get me a Sony at a great price. Of course that price is no better than the local Best Buy. Interesting to me that they had no interest in the DLP they had been working on even though supposedly it had a new bulb, a new color wheel, and new power supply installed. At this point I’ll just take the old one to recycling as giving it to them is not even a consideration. Beware of them, overcharge and then try to get you to buy their TVs.
