I feel like I’m giving away my secrets. This is a fabulous building. We were looking for a place to host my mom’s 60th birthday party, and this was perfect. We rented this place for 4 hours costing us only $ 100. The building is handicap accessible, and there was an elevator access for the 2nd floor. We were able to use the projector, screen, and audio visuals. We had chairs and tables, and there was a parking lot for our party of 80 people. We even had a little kitchenette area where there was a microwave and sink. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. I can see why this place is a great spot for the community. It truly brings people together. The staff was prompt and helpful.
