ARROGANT, RUDE! First of all the person in the shop was an employee. I never wanted to not pay for the battery. Just wanted to do a credit card over the phone. I am 65 years old and I was most certainly raised to be a lady and did not act in any other way. However I was shocked by the arrogance. A friend of mine called to say she had recommended them to many people but that would now stop and the owner’s son hung up on her. This was a business built by his father and he needs to learn how to treat customers as well as his father did.
