This is a hell of a church. Since discovering the Zenda Methodist Church, I’ve cut my sinning by about 18%. summers, I ship goods (and these days, services) back and forth between Chicago and the Isabel/​Sawyer (Kansas) area, and I stop in ZMC when I can. I first noticed the place because of a bake sale they had – I like to say that I left that sale three dollars lighter and ten pounds heavier. It’s true. But what keeps me coming back is the worship. I guess you could say that I came for the sugar, and stayed for the God! With the law in Colorado changing, I don’t always have much business in the Isabel/​Sawyer area, and I regret that, but what I’ve taken from the ZMC lasts a lifetime.
