Assisting Hands Home Care

Assisting Hands Home Care of Pasco provided us with wonderful home care service. The owners Mr. and Mrs. Abraham exceed expectations in their dedication to us and willingness to help. We found them compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough. I called Assisting Hands on Halloween evening and my call was answered immediately by Mr. Abraham. I had to find someone to assist me in caring for my mother who was being released from the hospital later that night! We did not even know the time she would be arriving. I had previously done extensive research in trying to find a home care agency in the event that I would need help and of the few that had impressed me, none had anyone on such short notice, so I had to begin a new search. Fortunately, that’s when I found Assisting Hands Home Care of Pasco. I was very stressed as the whole thing was last minute and I knew that even though I would be home also caring for my mother, I would need additional assistance. Mr. Abraham put my mind at ease completely, assuring me that he would absolutely be there that night and ongoing, even if he or his wife, who is a nurse, had to be there themselves! He was true to his word. He came and he also had secured a wonderful caregiver who began working that night. They truly listened to our needs and made every effort to accommodate them. We needed help every day, so one night when one of the assigned caregivers could not make it, Mrs. Abraham herself was kind enough to come. They also offered helpful suggestions and insight. They provided us with proper documentation such as license and insurance information which is very important in choosing a home care service. I read everything I sign attentively. Their contract and all paperwork required was clear, fair and straightforward which is not always the case with home care agencies. The home care attendants they sent to us were kind, gentle, personable and experienced. The office staff, especially Marilyn, is also helpful, courteous and accommodating. I am grateful to Assisting Hands Home Care of Pasco. Based on my exceptionally good experience with them I highly recommend them.
