Best florist in the north Tampa /​Zephyrhills area! Kim is an exceptional floral designer with a heart of gold. She recently created some original cigar box center pieces for a Havana Nights Party that were the hit of the party. Highly recommended.

Helllllllo Florida! So I wanted to send my mother some really special flowers for her birthday, but I live in California. I had a horrible experience with 1800 flowers and ended up finding this place over Unilocal.When I called the nice woman was very, very patient, I had what felt like a long list of very specific request with specific flowers. I wanted yellow roses and sunflowers for my mom. Yellow roses to represent my grandmother who passes and the sunflowers to represent me. They unfortunately didn’t have yellow roses, but they did have one unopened sunflower! Which I really wanted. So I asked her to just make me anything, as long as it was just make it with love. On top of all that I wanted a 50 dollar gift card. They did it all. They even delivered it first thing in the morning! Their beautiful flowers really set the tone for my moms bday! Thanks so much guys! I would definitely recommend and use this place again!

My girlfriend lives in Florida while im in New York. I called this store and spoke to a very sweet lady. I explained to her what I wanted and she nailed it. They even delivered them to my girlfriends job after the store closed which is in a completly different town! This store is amazing and I will deffinetly be ordering flowers from them again.

I just talked with Kim at Chalet Flowers in Zephyr Hills, FL, and she could not have been sweeter or more compassionate. I ordered a small white basket of white roses for my beloved uncle because my aunt passed away two nights ago. Kim knew exactly what I wanted and I am sure — in her capable hands — the basket will be as perfect as if I had made it up myself. I can’t say how happy I am I chose Chalet Flowers. I broke down on the phone and Kim was so supportive, sweet and loving — and she had everything I wanted. I recommend this florist more highly than I can say.

My family has used The Chalet for 25+ years and have always been exceptionally pleased. They have created arrangements for our family for everything from just because, birthdays, weddings, hospitalizations to funerals. The flowers are consistently beautiful and long-​lasting. All I have to do is call with my general request because I know I can completely trust their judgement to create something beautiful.

Called from out of state to get flowers for BFF grandmas funeral. Kim was great she knew all the details for the funeral and listened to my wishes. I will be excited to see what she comes up with I gave her free reign on it. Would use them again for sure.

Based on prior Unilocalitude, although light, and some other reviews I found on Google Local, I decided to stop by Chalet Florist today. I’m staying in Dade City with the family, but everyone says horrible things recently about the Dade City Florist that most people have been going to for years, so I decided it was worth the drive.
It’s in a weird location. I lived in Zephyrhills for a long while and even /​dated someone around the corner/​and had never once seen the little Chalet, nestled cozily in the corner of 7^th Ave and South.
I had no appointment. I hadn’t called ahead. It was Christmas Eve, an hour before the shop closed. I walked in, looked at some of the things in the front of the shop, and asked to see what was in the cooler in back. Being Christmas, the only things they had were white and red carnation baskets. I asked if she could make me something, if she had time, with spring flowers for my grandparents in a vase. I told her I wanted to spend $ 50, and wanted it to look incredible. She said it would take 10 minutes.
I came back in ten minutes and found the most glorious arrangement I’ve ever seen, especially for $ 50. I’ve paid three times that for half the arrangement while living in NYC. The lady said they’ve been there for more than 30 years, and I instantly understood why — this was an incredible product for a great price, served up fresh, and with a smile.
TLDR: Amazing impromptu arrangement. I was thrilled. My grandparents were thrilled. You, too, will be thrilled if you stop in at Chalet Florist.

Best florist in town. My family has been using them for 20 years. I no longer live in the area, but I called them today, a Friday, after business hours to ask if they could send a rather large arrangement to a memorial service this Sunday. I’m not sure who I spoke to, but she was already familiar with the arrangements and needed little information from me to complete my order — a blessing at such a time.
