I have mixed feelings about this place there is a pool in front room but it was not heated unfortunately. The room is a good size. I have my Mother, my 11 year old and 2 year old and me sharing this 1 room and we have enough space to make it work. We have been staying here for the past few days because we went to Busch Gardens the Florida aquarium and The Clearwater Marine Aquarium and also the zoo and what’s nice about the location isn’t there some decent restaurants around here close to family that we can visit and also close the it to the attractions where the price for this hotel is a decent price for the distance that we have to travel to get to those attractions I will say that the continental breakfast they serve sucks but I have high standards for continental breakfast but it’s pretty much carbs on carbs on carbs some fruit in between but nothing spectacular but it is free. I will say that also the Internet it’s okay nothing high-speed a crazy the TV has a decent selection of channels the neighbors aren’t too rowdy I barely hear any of them I think it’s because they’re mostly older I probably won’t come here again

Clean room good beds refrigerator, microwave plenty of room to lay your head. Pool is nice and a good location. Price is also right, went through Trivago saved 10 bucks.

This is not a bad place to stay at all. We were down watching our son Skydive at Skydive City and wanted to stay close. The room was clean looked like it was freshly painted, new carpet and the linens were clean and fresh. The bed was a little hard but for one night not terrible. The check in clerk was very friendly as well. The grounds are kept very nice as well.

Stayed here for one night last weekend for the Savage Race in Dade City. I’ve stayed at the Microtel up the street and enjoyed it, but they were already sold out by the time I booked. Magnuson seemed like the next best option. Overall it’s a cheap hotel in Zephyrhills, so my expectations weren’t too high. The rooms ended up being nicer than I thought they would. Linens were all clean, all lights worked, TV and WiFi worked, and there was ample space. Complaints: beds were pretty hard(definitely not the worst I’ve slept on though) and the bathroom was tiny(but the shower pressure was great). They had a continental breakfast in the morning with cereal, waffle maker, bagels, etc. I wasn’t brave enough to try anything(didn’t want to upset my stomach before the race), but my husband said the bagels were fine and the coffee was bad. Overall, the staff was nice and the rooms were ok, but keep your expectations low.

I recently had to stay here on business in Zephyrhills, on New Years Eve no less, and I was worried. This hotel used to have a bad reputation in the area but it seems to be under new management and all of the bad things(and people) are gone. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly and the property is quiet.
