They cannot get anything right doesn’t matter how many times you tell them, more than once they have gotten my order wrong then I had a hair in my sandwich and couldn’t get back so the «manager» said he was sending me a voucher in the mail, I have yet to receive it (that was two mths ago) I will not be going back and I ate there nearly daily.

Breakfast here was just what you would expect at a Panera: quick and easy, and not crowded. The coffee was fresh and hot. I ordered the quinoa oatmeal and it was very tasty. Hubby ordered the egg and cheese sandwich which was served as ordered. Overall, a very nice experience.

I heard the story from thr Tampa Bay Times where a young pastor was holding teen discussion groups there. They were asked to leave because of the content of the discussion. When corporate HQ was asked, they said they do not discriminate against anyone for their religion. Yet this local restaurant was did allow them back and keeps referring the pastor to corporate who has been unresponsive. I just think this is horrible. People of all kinds are allowed to come into Panera to drink coffee and chat. This local Panera is discriminating and frankly makes me not want to eat here.

We live not far from this location and frequently drive here for lunch or just a cup of the coffee. Haven’t been disappointed yet. The staff at the counter has always taken our order quickly and any wait for prep has never been long. Dining room is clean and bright as are the restrooms. Any problems have been cheerfully taken care to our satisfaction. Highly recommended.

I love Panera iced Chai tea latte, I have no complaints on their food I have ate here quite a bit, on the days I’m constantly on the go, they are my go to place, service has always been good the people are extremely friendly, if your order takes a little longer than expected they offer you something and they apologize even if you say it OK no big deal, the restaurant is always clean

The positive is Zephyrhills has a Panera Bread… My son ordered the mac & cheese and they honestly set an empty bowl on the counter in front of me, pulled a bag from the microwave and dumped the contents (his Mac & cheese) into the bowl in front of me. Now I’m not naïve concerning what fast food is but I don’t think I should pay you $ 8 for Mac & cheese that I just watched you pull from the microwave and pour out of a bag then break a piece of bread off with your hand and serve it me.

Paid $ 8.00 for a breakfast sandwich that had 1 limp/​almost raw bacon along with about ½ of an egg… just do I could use their WiFi… joke was on me my dial-​up from 10 years ago was way faster than their so called wifi ! No repeat customer here

It’s Panera and I’m grateful there is one in Zephyrhills. Staff is efficient and once they got their rhythm going in the store, it was a little hit and miss when they first opened, everything is as expected from any Panera. Panera is a welcome option instead of the old fast food usuals we’ve been stuck with around here.

I just odered a tuna on croissant. What I got was a teaspoon of tuna with large pieces of lettuce and 2 slices if tomato. Not a all what I usually get when I odered this at other locations.

I just tried them, to be honest it wasn’t my favorite place. The liquid that they try to pass off as French onion soup, SUCKED. Thank goodness for the bagel, no one can screw that up. I had the bus boy take the soup away. MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT.

The restaurant has a drive through which is great and the inside has plenty of room. The service how ever was awful. They are very slow and unfriendly as far as my experience with other paneras. I will chalk it up to new store needing to work out the kinks with staff but it already seams to be poorly managed. 15 minutes away in new Tampa Panera just opened a new location and the service there is first rate and they are 3 times more busy.
