Customer Service Was Very rude. Even called to set up an appt after being treated poorly face to face and guy on phone hung up on us. Not the guys we usually deal with if you go ask for Jacob or jon. Those two are the only ones th at care.

What’s the point of being open on Sunday if you only have 1 guy working.
I got there around noon. They guy in front of me in line left because he didn’t want to wait.
I left also. Waiting several hours for an oil change that should take less than 20 minutes? I don’t think so.
I drove 30 minutes to Land o Lakes and was in and out of your competitor. Next time I’ll just start there.
