David Velakh is rude and arrogant. Purchased parts for my Harley and had minor issue with the clamps/screws sold with the exhaust. Rather than offering to make the issue right, this man chooses to belittle customers. There are plenty of comments about how this seller is rude to customers on eBay. I am amazed this place is still in business. He cared not that I stated I would use social media to tell my story. He is insulting and lacks class. I seriously doubt he would have the balls to be so rude in person to most of his customers. Not every biker is a wimp. Stay away from this business!!!

The service or this company was sooo bad that it prompted me to get a Unilocal account to solely so I could post a negative review. I saw the other two one star post and today I am going to add another. So disrespectful. Today was quite an experience. I have been back and forth trying to order a wheel from ACM. This morning, I got a return call at 7 am from a guy named Joe. I have a slight problem with my speech, nothing too bad but somewhat noticeable. This idiot had the nerve to yell at me because of how I was talking. I hung up on the guy. I hope his business folds. I hope these reviews save someone the time and trouble and they choose to patronize someone other than ACM.

Essentially this dealership stole $ 300 from me, do NOT buy anything on eBay from these people, especially if you’re out of state. I purchased via eBay a highway bar for my Victory Kingpin, they not only sent the wrong bar, the chrome was chipped off around all of the attachments. Unfortunately in an attempt to do them a favor I send them payment directly through PayPal so they wouldn’t have to pay the eBay seller fee, big mistake. After some acrimonious communication I sent back the bar on my own expense but never received a replacement bar or refund. I contacted the dealership multiple times and even got my lawyer involved. Unfortunately because I am in CA I was advised that any litigation would not be worth it because it would cost more than what they owed me, but I am taking it up with the PA attorney general. This is a group of unprofessional crooks, don’t do business with them.
