I really liked the employees at this location, in particular Kyle.

This Arby’s is outside of Charlottesville, Va in the small town of Gordonsville. It is across the street from Spring Creek subdivision which is a ½ mile off of I64 in a strip parking lot. The nice thing is it is not far off the road at all and is a stand alone. A nice cashier greeted me and order completed with no issues. Dining room was tidy and I sat down and waited for my name to be called. Order up, correct and HOT! It tasted great as well. It’s been way too long since I had a good Arby’s melt sandwich. The condiment area was also very nice spic and span. Stopped in the restroom before departing and it was clean with soap and towels. Even though fast food this Arby’s really delivered and was on point every step of the way. More like a 3.5, very happy with the visit and would come back when traveling through the area.

I like Arby’s. The one I frequent back home is slow enough business wise, that, in many cases, you get hot food when you order. Always a plus in just about everyone’s world; unless you are in a hurry. This unit is about a year old. Open in a cluster of stores and shops, anchored by a Mr. Drucker’s General Store(that’s Walmart, for you City slickers)… The XYL had told me that she had watched some POP ad’s locally stating that the fish sammich had returned(apparently, either a seasonal item [do Catholic’s only eat fish on Friday’s in January?]…) or one in a rotation. I had read that there were some menu changes coming to the chain, so as soon as she told me it was there, I made enough racket about it, to make it our dinner destination. Our bubby server was attentive, and as expected, we had to wait for our fish sammich’s to be cooked. They were worth the wait. The store was clean [except for the TV, which was playing porn: CNN]. Our order came out, hot and well presented. Freshly cooked fish, with lettuce and tartar sauce, on a kaiser type bun. Curly fries and drinks. I tend to shy away from the big boys anymore. McDonald’s and the like. Chances of your getting hot food diminish on a proven mathematical ratio. Smaller places, like Arby’s and Long John Silvers(and occasionally our local Hardee’s) generally present hot(or warmer) food. We were well pleased with our meal and the service. This Arby’s honored a Military/Veteran’s discount. Recommended. @Removeyourhat

This location just opened a week ago, and they’ve been slammed every day. I went today and ordered something that is not on the menu, but that they’ll make for you if you ask for it. Of course being a new location with new employees, there was a bit of confusion. The drive-through guy took my order after getting it okay’d by his manager, but when I got to the window, it was wrong. It took about 10 minutes total to get through the drive-through line, but when I got my food, they also threw in a turnover to apologize for the wait. It’s obvious they want to please, and hopefully that kind of service will last.
