This is twice now(I forgot after the last time they did it to me a few years ago) that I’ve gone to this shop to get a fill on my acrylics when I was in Zion visiting my father-in-law … and twice now that they’re given me a MASSIVENAILFUNGUSINFECTION!!! It’s been about three weeks when I was there, and when I stopped in another shop along the way to get another fill today, I had three nails that were TOTALLYBLACK under my acrylics! … and two more that were half-way there, too, forcing me to have to pay someone else to completely remove my acrylics and then treat the fungus. Now it will be at least 6 – 8 weeks before my nails grow out enough that I can cut the fungus completely out before I can have new acrylics put back on! Thanks a lot, TOPNAILS! :( I am VERYUNHAPPY with the cleanliness in this shop! I will NEVER use them again … and everyone else should avoid them like the PLAGUE, too!!!

Our appointment was not respected. The place was very shabby-looking inside and reeked of fumes, so badly that we had to leave.

I walked in 10 minutes before they were closing rushing before I was leaving on vacation… I got one of the best pedicures in a long time! They did not rush and even threw in a hot stone leg massage for free! He took his time and cared for my toes ever so gently! I will most def be coming back!

I wandered in here because my husband was waiting in line to get a haircut. I thought, «How different can nail salons be?» At first, I was pleased. They appeared to be closed for the evening, but were gracious enough to permit me to receive service. (Thank you!) I hadn’t had a set of nails in a couple months, so my nailbeds were fresh and un-ridged. She(the tech and manager) ground them down to receive tips, which immediately hurt. She glued the tips on and put a big glob of acrylic on there. It was pretty sloppy. I begged her to mind the edges because I’m a bit of a picker. She pretty well politely ignored or didn’t understand me or didn’t possess the capacity to do this correctly. I left there with a boxy, stubby, edge-overrunning, set of chubby nails. I began to pick at them right away. They were burning and spilled over onto my shredded cuticles. I pulled back the sloppy perimeter just to stop the pain and was fine with my ugly little nails for a day or two. I figured, I’d just beg forgiveness from my usual tech/owner and get them fixed at fill time.(Until on the 3rd day, middle finger tip popped off. It left the nail bed perfectly clean. didn’t take any nail with it at all.) I revisited the shop to ask for a partial refund to go visit my regular tech for a repair and fill. I explained that after my painful, sloppy experience, I didn’t REALLY want them to do any ‘repair’ work here. I wasn’t asking for my whole $ 37 dollars back, just $ 25 so I could go get the fill-in and replacement tip. They would not budge. It was let them fix the tip/hot mess(really??!) or nothing. When I get a GOOD set of new tips, I don’t need a fill for 3 weeks. I leave the first fresh set alone because they’re not shaggy. I was breaking off excess of this set the minute I walked out of the door. The first sign of stress, a banged hand, and off pops a 3 day old tip. Never seen that happen. I even threatened to write a bad review since I saw their son tweeting away. They were undaunted. I’ll avoid this place like the plague. It’s dark, not very updated. The staff was receptive to receive a client at first, perhaps they should have thought better of it.

I picked this nail salon on a whim as no one I knew used any places very close to my home. I was beyond thrilled with the service! The prices were right on point with other salons in Lake County but I thought the service was much better than I have gotten in any other walk in friendly nail salon. Even during a busy Saturday morning, they took care of customers quickly but without sacrificing service. My nail tech was friendly and actually chatted with me. The owner was friendly and genuinely concerned that all the customers were happy!
