So I’m not sure if the young lady making crepes in front of the restaurant is affiliated with the restaurant in the back, but I must say me and my mom sat in the back of the restaurant and saw a mouse under the chair midway through lunch. It ruined our whole lunch. I alerted the waiter and he said«NO!» then shrugged his shoulders and kept working. Then we took a picture as proof and he looked then walked away and kept working. I hope this is not a common occurrence in France but I think patrons deserve to know beforehand. We managed to keep from screaming but I’m not sure if you can, lol!

Before you head over to Notre Dame or Sainte-Chapelle stop by here for some inexpensive 3 € crepes. You’ll need the extra carbs if you expect to climb the Notre Dame tower and the place is located right across the street from the line. This was the only place I saw without a round grill but I’ll tell you their setup is very efficient. The flat rectangle grill can cook two crepes at once and has the batter on wheels. If you’re in a hurry, they can cook 10 crepes in a five minutes. You won’t get any mind-blowing crepes at any street setup so why pay more than you have to? Stop here and save a few Euro.

Perfect place for a café and crêpe after seeing the cathedral. Very nice staff and a good atmosphere.

We stopped in here for a snack after doing Notre Dame cathedral. It is located right across the street from the cathedral. It was predictably a bit overpriced and average quality. The wife’s coffee was bitter and I got ice cream but was hoping for gelato. It’s an ok place but nothing special.

A nice café in front of Notre Dame. Had the caramel crêpe with hot wine, both were really good. The hot wine didn’t seem like it had any alcohol in it, tasted more like hot sweet tea. The staff there were pretty friendly. A great place to wait if you have friends that decide to wait in the long line to get to the upstairs tower in Notre Dame.
