Accueil épouvantable, à eviter! Sauf de la part du serveur qui etait un mr majeur et plutot sympatique, mais il y avait deux hommes qui travillent dans le resto, je né sais pas si c’est le patron ou quoi, mais ils trainent dans le bar tout le temps et par fois il entren dans la cusine, en fin…
Ces hommes la, ont un aspet mediterranean, entre juif, arab ou italian. Je veux bien marqué qui sont les acteurs de ce comportament épouvantable, car s’ils sont des employés de ce lieu, ils sont en train de cracher dedans, et car le serveur etait par contre, trés gentille avec nous.
On etait un group de filles dont 2 d’entre elles sont gay. On a commandé plain de choses à boir et à manger…
Comme cet homme qui je partage dans la photo s’a persuadé qui’l avait des gays dans le group, «son regard et ses gestes ont eté trés hostilles en vers nous», il nous regardait avec mepris tout le temps et semblait enervé. Il parlais a son copain qui lui ressemble un peu et faissait des gestes de mepris. Apres son copain es venu nous derranger et nous dire n’importe quoi, il n’a pas vulou nous dire son origin, mais il etait trés penible et malpoli. On a finalement aprés tout ça decidé de prendre quelque photos pour montrer au gens qu’il y a des hommophobes ici, et qu’il faut eviter cette endroit car la nourriture n’est pas bonne non plus.
Il y a d’autres restaurants au tour du Sacre Coeur qui sont beaucoup plus agreables. J’y retournerais jamais a ce lieu et je vais m’assurer de dire a tous mes amis et famille qui visite Paris frequemment, de n’y metre pas les pies.

Right before a trek up to Cathedrale Sacre Couer in the Montmartre area of Paris, the GF and I decided to grab some late-​night stacks to have a midnight picnic. So after passing through the throngs of touristy trinkets in this art district, we happened upon Le Ronsard Café. All the items are on display and pre-​made, but for the most part — it’s fresh!
So after buying a few goodies, we trekked up to the Sacred Heart. We found a nice spot on the grass to the enjoy the view of central Paris, slightly away from the throng of students enjoying beer, wine, and bites of their own.

After having turned the GF on to the french-​style of hot dogs by the Eiffel Tower, we opted to get another from here. Unfortunately, it’s so much better when it’s freshly made. While it was slightly warmed up, the cheese had congealed and the baguette was chewy. Bit of a mess.
Brie Sandwich [3.50 Euros = $ 4.26]
In perfect contrast, the brie sandwich hit the spot. The brie was creamy and had light acidity, with fresh tomatoes and greens rounding out each bite. Even the bread was relatively fresh for being the midnight hour
So if you’re by Montmartre and are looking for a quick snack while taking in the views of Paris and the Sacred Heart, I would get a brie sandwich from Le Ronsard. It’s affordable and fresh — sometimes the simple things are best!

This has the best spot to sit outside and have a beer/​coffee lunch or supper with an awesome view of the basilica. The oriental waiter is a little on edge and pretty abrubt — guess he is worn down by having to chase a number of tourists out of his seats that think the restaurant is providing a public resting service! food is ok, and prices are not bad given the view.

You have to visit Montmartre – Sacre Coeur, Amelie, cobblestone roads, etc. It’s unavoidable. You don’t have to eat there. Plan accordingly. (I know there are non-​touristy areas of Montmartre that are quite pleasant, but again, plan accordingly, especially if you’re hypoglycemic.)
I’ll admit this, I was feeling sick and maybe extra cranky, the food here was not bad. We got a pretty decent tuna sandwich, a mediocre croque monsieur, a small beer and a coffee for 31 euro. That’s fine, but the prices on the receipt were marked up a couple euro from the menu. We didn’t complain, so I guess I should just shut up.
Having said that, should you find yourself at the bottom of Sacre Coeur and starved, please choose this place over the one across the street (Kakoo – see review).

Shockingly amazing little café. Anyone surprised by the amount of tourists here… Ummmmmmmm, you’re smack in front of one of the prime tourist destinations in Paris. Shocking.
We hit Sacre Couer/​Montmatre at night. Though not the same experience as during the day, it was a really vibrant neighborhood, and pretty spectacular viewing at night. Because my sister and I are a couple of old ladies, by the time we got back down from the mammoth of all cathedrals, we were tired, our joints ached, and we just wanted some liquor. Also, I’m not saying this is a bad neighborhood, but I did have to physically removed a dude from my body who tried to put a «friendship bracelet» on my wrist, which for some reason required him to put his hand in my pocket… We were relieved to see this place, which was super cute, warmly lit, and welcoming.
Ducked in and found a cozy table in the corner. Again, really well-​lit place. Great menu. We got a couple different types of quiches to share, which were rich and amazing (one had roasted veggies and the other ham & cheese). Also ordered some cocktails, which were delicious and heavy on the liquor. To finish it off, we ordered some chocolate cake, which was slightly disappointing to me (it was too light, bland, and just not as good as it looked).
If you’re shocked by the bad service in here… ummmmm, you’re in Paris. The waiter disappeared after dropping our food, which was consistent of everywhere we ate in Paris. He also insulted my sister and corrected her French three times (she has lived in France for over ten years. I’m not saying her French is perfect, but damn near). When she asked what was in one of the quiches, which didn’t have a description on the menu, he just read her the name of the quiche. All in all, I’d say his dickish service was still the best we experienced our entire week.
Shockingly great touristy restaurant. As a general rule I stay away from restaurants in or around monuments, but this place was worth breaking the rules for.

Jolie vue mais par contre un peu piège a touristes. La preuve, il faut payer pour aller aux toilettes, sauf si le garçon vous passé un ticket gratuit

Nette kleine Bar mit einem schönen Blick auf Sacre Coeur. Bei dem Standort hätte ich definitiv mit höheren Preisen gerechnet, ich habe die Preise zwar leider nicht mehr im Kopf, aber ich weiß noch, wie ich doch recht überrascht dort rauskam und dachte: da haste dich aber nun wirklich nicht dumm und dämlich bezahlt!

Vraiment le seul intérêt ici c’est la vu ! La bouffe est vraiment pas top et la quantité dans les assiettes laisse à désirer ! Des serveurs qui préfèrent discuter entre eux que de venir vous servir ! Donc je pense qu’il faut passer son chemin !

great location, with a good view up to Sacre Coeur from the Terrasse and friendly and hospitable bar staff. In a great and busy area of Paris.

Un salon de thé restaurant avec un accueil pitoyable, un service honteux (aucun sourire, ni merci, ni au revoir, on doit se lever pour avoir une carafe d’eau, pas de sel pas de poivre, on installe nous même notre set de table, toilettes payantes 20centimes même si vous consommez) et je né vous parle pas de la nourriture … vive les surgelés pour tous les plats sans exception (quiche, frites, hot-​dog, même la soupe). Pour l’addition, né tentez pas de payer avec des pièces, les serveurs né savent pas compter.
En un mot: véritablement PATHÉTIQUE
Ce ”salon resto” véhicule une horrible image de nos traditions françaises auprès de nos touristes. Un vrai désastre.
Heureusement que Le Sacré Coeur était là.

Face au Sacré-​Cœur, sur la place Saint-​Pierre, se trouve «Le Ronsard «, café-​brasserie-​crêperie incontournable et passage obligé des touristes qui descendent de la basilique, ou qui y grimpent. Un lieu incontournable qu’il vous vaudra mieux contourner…
En tant que Breton, je peux d’ores et déjà vous conseiller d’éviter soigneusement les crêpes… sauf si vous les aimez collantes et au goût de plastique. Si la terrasse est agréable de par sa vue surtout, il vous faudra vous armez de patience avant d’être servi. Quant aux tarifs, Humm, un peu élevés !

Bar, Bistro und Brasserie direkt unterhalb von Sacre Coeur. Tagsüber vernünftige Preise, jedoch Achtung man sollte dort an Sylvester zwischen 23 und 24 Uhr keine Getränke im Freien bestellen, da sind dann die Preise ganz nahe am Strassenraub :-)
Ansonsten kleine Speisekarte mit frischen Gerichten.
Die Kellner sind freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das richtige Lokal, um sich vor dem steilen Aufstieg auf den Montmartre zu stärken. Um die Ecke gibt es leckerste Crepes mit verschiedenen Füllungen.

Bar brasserie assez abordable qui vous offre une superbe vue sur le sacrée cœur. Beacoup de monde probablement a cause de l’emplacement.
