Absolutely delicious! One of the best Chinese around. So authentic, fresh ingredients, hand made noodles made to perfection. So lucky to have such exquisite chinese in the neighborhood! My favorites — chicken soup combo or chicken noodle dish. But honestly everything here is just so good!!!

A good bowl of noodle soup is hard to find — This bowl of noodles saved my life. I woke up hungry and am completely nonfunctioning in the morning until I have something in my stomach. This particular morning, morning ends up being noon. Thank goodness, because that is when this restaurant opens. I wanted Asian food, as usual. Belleville is about 20 min away and I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it. So I Unilocaled, and thank goodness this place is open at noon. The guy opened the door just for me even if he wasn’t completely ready yet, and in 30 minutes, I had piping hot spicy beef noodle soup in front of me. Now there are a few things to note here on how to ensure you’ll have a prime soup eating experience: 1) The sauces. There are no less than 8 condiments on the table. I like mine with two generous heaping spoons of the sautéed chili oil sauce, and a few long pours of soy sauce. Spice and more sodium makes a difference. 2) Slurp and savor. It tastes better when you slurp your soup and noodles. 3) Try each element on their own. Because the noodle soup is so good, everything is prepared with intention. Now let’s talk about how dang good everything was for 10E– the beef noodle soup combo… The dumplings: hand made, hand fried, the perfect hotness, and balance of bite in the wrapping, and variety of textures and depth of flavor. Also, use the spicy sauce + vinegar + soy sauce for premium pleasure points with these dumplings/fried raviolis. The salad: I saved it until the soup got there, thank goodness because the freshness of the ginger and cabbage balances out the amount of spice I had put in the soup. The noodle soup: the noodles– tasted fresh, not dried, and cooked perfectly al dente. the egg– marinaded, seasoned thoroughly The beef– vinegary with a good cut of beef, cooked in a simmer and is seasoned well and slow cooked to fall off the chopstick perfection The vegetables– sweet, crunchy and fresh, could not be better Only reason it is not a five star is because I was hungry, and had to wait around for about 20 min before he was ready to serve. Very good service however. Will be back to try all their dumplings!
