I will not stay in this hotel again. And I don’t recommend you do either. Pros: The rooms are not terrible. And they don’t give you any amenities, which is fine because I don’t usually love cheap shampoo anyways. The design is trying to be trendy so we’ll give them that. Cons: The staff is rude. I actually went to the other Campanile first because the shuttles aren’t really marked very well. The other campanile had great staff. I was at this one less than a minute and I already wanted to leave. The bathroom handheld showerhead was facing directly out of the shower so upon turning it on it soaked our entire bathroom, including toilet paper. To seal the deal, the airport shuttle costs € 5 per person. I’ve never had to pay for a hotel airport shuttle before…

Awful. Just plain awful. Stains on the comforter, the hot water kettle had a foul odor and the bathroom smelled so badly, like rotten tuna, that I couldn’t even use it. Wifi is awful and so is the staff.

If you expect a 4 star hotel: why are you cheap and staying in a budget hotel?! If you expect to be close to Paris city center: why are you staying at the airport?!! This hotel is a BUDGET hotel but a CLEAN hotel. I book hotels for a living and i can tell you that this hotel is totally fine. It’s the typical«new» hotels for budget travelers. it has«funky», modern looking rooms but they are tiny and with very basic amenities(basically shampoo and soap — for sink). The internet worked and the airport shuttle ran normally. Before booking this hotel I was concerned because i read on one of these reviews that they close before midnight and that the shuttle stops at 10 pm. This is not true. I arrived a few minutes before midnight and the hotel was open for business with multiple staff at the check in desk and i took the shuttle from CDG. If you are expecting a glamorous Paris hotel, obviously this is not it. we are talking about an airport property at a discounted rate!!! If on the other hand you want a stay that is conveniently located in terms of proximity to the airport and that has a complimentary shuttle and is clean. this would be it! Point of concerns: 1) no bath mat. it’s cold on the feet! 2) closing breakfast at 10 am when people fly all day and arrive late at night. and people come from all over the world so they are on different meal schedules. well this is not smart business. If i was a manager there, even if the breakfast was closed, i would ensure another option would be available to guests. perhaps lunch items in the restaurant OR having staff in the café/bar in the lobby. Since the restaurant was closed, i decided to go to the café/bar in the lobby but realized there was no staff there either. which was annoying!

Pro: the hotel location — but there are plenty of hotels in this area so avoid this one. Con’s: — Very unpleasant staff at the front desk and at the bar. — Noise, stress and disorder during breakfast, 1) because it’s full of uncivilized tourists and 2) because there is only one waitress for 200 people. — Lack of equipment in the bathroom, no soap in the shower, only 2 towels, hair found in the sink. — Restaurant closed at 11am when they know that this is a hotel close to the airport so they need to be flexible about their schedule. Avoid this hotel, there are plenty of others that I am sure are worth it!

Don’t eat at the restaurant. The service is horrible. The staff doesn’t care if you have a complaint or of you find a dead fly in your food like I did. Also the server broke a glass on the table and all she did was clean up most of the big shards and left one small shard plus little bits of broken glass on the table and didn’t apologize. I don’t know what sane person would come to eat at this fly infested restaurant. This place deserves no star rating.

Our experience here was far from good. First the room was small, the«two bed» room included a single queen sized bed with a fold out cot/mattress, that was six inches too short for my height(since I gave the bed to my companion travellers). The TV did not work(to which the impolite front desk staff vehemently stated I was doing it wrong). The A/C did not work. The room smelled funny and seemed old. The internet did not work. Breakfast was meager, due to the amount of people and lack of service. We stayed one night, then switched to the Hyatt Roissy, which we ended up getting for a cheaper rate than the campanile. Poor english speaking staff, and very rude staff at that. I’m sorry I inconvenienced you by giving you my business! STAYAWAY!
