Changed location and changed prices(higher). Ordered ½ rack pork spare ribs and smoked lamb. Ribs are country ribs not your Memphis style spare ribs-country ribs have large bones and much fat, not fall off the bone spare ribs. Just ok. Lamb was processed gyro style meat — mixture of meat and spices. Their sauce, beans and Cole slaw were very good. The new location is nicely set up for eating out under the stars. I probably would not go back.

Best burger I’ve had in a very very long time! Lick-your-fingers spectacular taste… Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting or passing through…

We ate at their new Tillet Gardens location. Food was awesome, service was excellent. Décor and atmosphere were pretty cool. Appetizer chicken wings — great. BBQ Brisket Burger — excellent and messy. Bowls filled with everything were fantastic. Look for the secret menu in the restrooms! Only problem: our eyes were bigger than our tummies. Would definitely return. May have been our best meal on Island.

Excellent food and service! Pulled pork and wings are amazing! Have to try the ginger ketchup with sweet potato fries! Greg and Austin are very welcoming and make you feel like family. Definitely a stop you need to make when on the island

Anything you get here, with the bbq sauce is pretty freaking good! Great view too! Also got the free koozie, which is great to have used on my week vacation in st Thomas!

Greg the owner is awesome, even late at night he was glad to help me get some food. I was at the new Tillet garden’s location. Their barbecue sauce could make cardboard edible. The fruit punch is a nice blend of tropical flavors. Absolutely a place to spend an evening. The chicken wings bring me in a few nights a week. 100⁄100

First time here. Discovered sorta by accident… What a great find! Awesome people. Laid back environment. Really great Mahi BBQ sandwich. Highly recommend. The drive down to the beach area is a little funky… ignore it. It’s worth checking out.

My family ate at the Coki Beach location and the food was really good. The grill sampler was perfect to share and the Coki-nut cocktail was delicious.

Ran up the hill for a quick bite at Sapphire Beach Resort. Great view. Nice tables to eat, good signage, and easy parking. Guy running the truck was not real welcoming. The generator had run out of gas and the pretty lady was out getting more gas… so maybe he was stressed about all that business. Thanks to the good signage I figured out the order style, all you can eat or by the pound. There was a pulled pork sandwich and veggie dish too. Ordered up a pound of ribs, a pulled pork sandwich, and pound of chicken wings(4). Almost $ 40. Ribs were sort of dry, but tender. My son liked the parts like«beef jerky.» To me it was good at first but too salty by the end. The pulled pork was pretty good except the big chunk of bone in the middle. Luckily my wife saw it before she ate it. She said the slaw was spicy but good. The kids liked the chicken wings and I thought they were tasty too. I don’t know if I hit on a bad day or have a superstar roadside bbq down from my house, but it was just average.. sauce was pretty much ketchup. I eat a lot of bbq, guess this just wasn’t my place. Maybe all the hype set my expectations too high or this place is getting too big to keep up with itself. Don’t think I will be back.

This food truck is stationed right next to the entrance to Sapphire Beach. They’re open until 5pm or when the food runs out. The prices are great, especially compared to other island places. Pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw, and a side for $ 9. Add in a beer that comes with a free off the grid koozie for $ 3.

Very good. Pulled pork was delicious! Super low key, lots of outdoor seating. Definitely get the Caribbean caviar side. Boyfriend got the all you can eat option, which was a pretty good deal. Good service. Good view. Good food. What more could you want?

Great BBQ and wonderful view! We just recently got married in Anegada and were on the way back to Texas when our wedding videographer gave us a ride to this gem! Great food and a great price for the amount of food you get!

Get plugged into this treat This was perhaps the only eating place I had read about before my vacation in St Thomas so I was eager to try it and went the extra mile to find and enjoy their food. I love fine dining but I am not a snob who cannot appreciate that some of the best flavor you can find does not come with a white tablecloth and a long wine list. This was excellent BBQ in any language. Be certain to try the BBQ mussels. We had a few to taste and finish our meal and were totally wowed. The baked onion was a new experience also, so look for that. Do not wait for your last day in the islands to go here. You will be wanting to go again before you leave!

Some seriously good barbeque. My husband and I ended up with a pile of koozies from this place since you get them free with your beer. The guys running it seemed like they were having a great time too.

So so good. Thanks to our concierge for recommending this place. This food truck serves some serious bbq overlooking Sapphire Bay. You can’t beat that. And the drink special was some seriously good pain killers.

I was beginning to think everything in St Thomas was bland and expensive until we stopped by this hidden gem after a day at Sapphire Beach. WOW! We had a variety of the BBQ as well as the veggie plate. Everything was delicious and the price couldn’t be beat. I very rarely post reviews but felt compelled to share the rave reviews of this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Quick note on location — there’s two physical trucks. One does the smoking and one actually serves the food. The one you can eat at is at the entrance to Sapphire Beach. It’s super delicious, heaping portions of BBQ. Pro tip: I always get the pulled pork sandwich and ask for them to put a little of the coleslaw on top. The coleslaw has a nice kick to it and compliments the sauce nicely.

Ordered the«all you can eat»($ 15) BBQ meats, which came with 2 sides. My sides were rice and beans(delicious) and slaw(good). The pulled pork was my favorite. Good flavor. The smoked sausage was also good. The brisket was a little dry, but tender. They had some homemade BBQ sauce that was good, and that helped with the dryness of the ribs and brisket. Lady in the truck was nice, as was the guy at the smoker.

4.5 — We happened upon this food truck as we looked for Sapphire Beach, boy am I glad we did! Most of the food we had in St. Thomas was fine, but nothing stood out. The BBQ at Off The Grid was fantastic! Ordering is a little slow and the guy in the truck isn’t the friendliest, but the gents manning the smoker/grill are super friendly. They chatted us up, gave us recommendations for our trip to St. John and were just generally great people. We came back a second time on their recommendation for the Sunday Pig Roast! The pulled pork sandwich I had the first time was delicious, especially with their homemade Captain Morgan sauce. The best value is to get the all-you-can-eat meat for $ 15. You get choose from ribs, chicken, beef sausage, pulled pork and brisket, or get some of everything! The sides are pretty good too, the coleslaw has a real kick to it and the rice and beans are yummy. Word to the wise: the sangria was pretty bad, I’d stick with beer(and get a free koozie with it!) On Sunday there was a live band playing as we watched the moon rise over the ocean. It was just amazing. I highly recommend making a stop here!
