It’s Borza, around the corner from Borza, and not be confused with the other Borza!
This is the nearest ‘original’ Borza to where I live now… and the point to be made here is that its not my nearest chipper, but I will generally walk the extra 10 minutes to Borza, because its just better. It just is… although maybe one day I’ll try the other Borza to see if the ‘original’ is really better.
I suspect it is, and that’s enough for now!
