We found this Restaurant today basking in the Sept sunshine at BallySkellig Bay just outside Waterville. The food was spectacular. The Chowder to start followed by the Amazing Crab claws. The Sea Food Platter was the best I’ve seen and tasted in a long time. The owner and chef clearly puts a lot of pride into his work. Quite simply the best lunch I’ve had anywhere in a long time.
