Older staff are horrendously rude. As for going to a supermarket to get groceries this should be a simple task however trying to get some service from the older staff is impossible at times. Been left standing at the self service checkouts needing assistance i felt almost awkward to ask the group of ladies standing in a group chatting umongst themselves for help and once i did i was told to wait a moment before they sent one of the younger staff to assist me. Staff to set in their ways. Avoided for a long time now.

Not much has changed since Supervalue took it over. The staff are friendly and the prices can be good. The bread is so tasty and it always makes me hungry when I walk in. They recently got Teapigs tea which I am so happy about. I hope they get more flavors soon. It’s my favourite tea!
