I have been a long time user of Benefits products and use eyebrow services on a regular basis. On Saturday, i was given appointment for around 3,30 (girls words not mine):so i returned at 3,36 only to have the assistant raise her eyebrows, look at her watch, tut and then say she had an appointment at 3,50. With this attitude, i told her not to bother i would go elsewhere! Not good Benefit! Not good at all and i wont be back. Rudeness is totally unacceptable

I loved the make that I got here on Xmas. I wanted to book another appointment. The stuff was so friendly to give me a phone number even if I was interesting in another brand different which was their one! High professionalism offered here! Really high recommended
