Good burritos and very friendly staff. It’s a pleasure when you go to a place were all the staff have a smile in their face! I don’t know other mexican restaurants in Dublin, so I can’t say if they are the best mexican place in Dublin, but coming from abroad I have to say that it is not the best burrito I’ve ever tried. What I don’t like is that the place looks like a regular fast food place, without anything to highlight. Also, I have to mention that although I wanted to go back again, it was always full of people, with a long queue outside. No need to wait that much. What a pity!

Despite the veritable assault on the city in recent years, one burrito bar has reigned supreme throughout… Boojum. I eat here A LOT and am currently a couple of stamps short of a «Boojum Addict» t shirt. The only time I have ever had a bad experience here, it has been down to my own glutinous ordering, resulting in the fat burrito giving way. Always packed. They keep the ingredients fresh and the line long. I’m a divil for the chicken with pinto, guac and jalapenos. Loco.

Just simply the nicest Mexican food you can get in Dublin it’s full of flavour and very cheap Most Mexicans places are bland boojum is bursting with flavour

I am a burrito bowl fanatic. Boojum make THE best burrito bowls. They are huge and they are tasty. If I wanted a pulled pork burrito however I still would be heading to Pablo Picantes. They still win on the carnitas and actual burrito front in my opinion. Their salsa is also better and HOTTER. Boojum though! Great burrito bowl. Great staff. Super fast service. Super great. Love it.

Pretty good food here — I always go for a vegetarian burrito and it’s so filling. It’s delicious. Great for lunch and in a good location, too. Only problem now is that, it’s so popular, so it’s always packed.

As my loyalty card has nearly reached capacity I believe it’s time to confess. Boojum, I have feelings for you. Grumbly belly feelings. Boojum makes a pretty great burrito. The food coma inducing kind. There’s almost always a queue out the door but it generally moves pretty quickly. Come with cash in hand as they don’t accept card.

The only thing that would make this place better is more seats… The best thing ever is appearing and there isn’t a queue… Which I’m pretty sure has only happened me once in my MANY boojum excursions… Just make sure you’ve cash as they don’t accept anything else, and after waiting in the queue… You’ll be disappointed if you can’t get anything as the smell alone is enough to make you hungry!

Can’t believe I only lost my Boojum virginity yesterday! I had heard long ago that this place was rumoured to be the home of Dublin’s best burrito and by god the rumours are true. Boojum definitely has something special that sets it apart from the other Burrito bars in town. It is no wonder the queue is always out the door. I got the burrito bowl with carnitas, veg, tomato salsa, rice and of course a bit of guacamole and I can see this becoming a weekly habit! Boojum ticks all the boxes for me, happy staff, efficiency, good value and of course the most important seriously tasty!!!

Super cheap, great selection of authentic Mexican beer, and they’ve got a lot of options for vegetarians/vegans!

Went there at lunch time — better to arrive before 12.15 as otherwise the queue can be quite long which isn’t ideal if you’re in a short break. I always up for the chicken burrito bowl — the one here is one of the best — tasty chicken and the rice is perfectly cook. They also have student deals

Very disappointed the last that I was there with the Chips & cheese. I ordered for taking away and when I arrived home I realised that the chips«& cheese» were basically chips & only one chip with cheese. Also, it was my second time there and the staff were asking me what to put in my burrito. She was already putting whatever she wanted before I could give her an answer. Bad service! Never again!

I am not a fan of burritos, but here they are very yummy. I love that they have burrito bowl option. Chicken burrito is awesome. Their guacamole is super great. Atmosphere is easy going and chill. Big lines though, like almost every time. Tortilla chips though seemed a bit blank, I think some salt could totally fix it.

Oh baby! Boojum is amazing! Best mehican joint in Dublin bar none! Plumped for a bowl, fajita chicken, rice beans, salsa and cheese it’s incredible! Went at lunch time so they were flat out but queue moves very quickly and how nice are the staff! Go! Only negative is the choices are a wee bit limited and a veteran from the home of Mexican food the US of A might not be blown away but I feckin was

Ordered a burrito bowl with Mexican flavored rice, fajitas for an extra 50 cents, black beans, and marinated chicken with tomato and chili salsa and lettuce. DELICIOUS and cured my growing chipotle cravings like crazy. The meat was so juicy and in really big chunks where the meat will melt in your mouth in its marinated goodness. And that rice? OHSOGOODANDWARM and seasoned. So fresh and for a huge portion with the additions and student discount = 6.25 euros. Doesn’t get any better than that!

It’s 2015 and Boojum do not take card — that is, this establishment does not accept debit, credit or if you are lucky enough to have in your possession: Diners Club. I dropped in at 11:35AM, they had just opened the doors at 11:30 and already it was packed. My order was white burrito, Mexican beans, chicken and all the extras. I took some chips too and was surprised with the huge size of the portion. Staff — 5⁄5 Price — 4⁄5 Atmosphere — 4⁄5 Burrito — 4⁄5 If your in the area and your hungry, drop in. It’s not the best burrito in town but it’s certainly filling. Only thing putting me off coming back is payment options.

This is my favourite go to when I’m in work dinner time treat! I always get the chicken fajita bowl with spicy rice, tomato salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheese and lettuce! I can only describe it as a taste sensation! All the flavours just make for such a good dinner and priced at only 7 euro you really can’t complain! Another bonus for this place is that the staff are so so friendly! Not fake friendly just happy to be there friendly!!! This is a Defo a must go to for anyone who likes flavoursome Mexican food! Just steer clear at lunch time cause it can be manic but the queue goes quick enough!!!

What exactly do you do when you’ve been up all night, bar an hour or two, and need something sturdy for breakfast? Apparently, you go to Boojum. I’m not one for burritos, in truth — don’t tell my friends, they’ll be upset. I’m not one for breakfast, usually: coffee is what I’m in for. But there’s something about this place that will change who you are, for the better, even if temporarily. We stepped through the doors, one-track-minded, pallid, dishevelled. I’m certain the guilt of a boozy all-nighter was palpable. I didn’t reaaaaally understand what I was doing –how this game was played– but the staff gently guided me. I don’t even need to explain it to you. It’s childsplay, obviously, unless you’re busy trying to comprehend daytime. Bundaberg. YESMATE. That’s the sort of black liquid gold you want in this instance. It’s all herbal and tastes like medicine, a gentle, sugary tonic, if you will. What am I saying? You guys know about root beer. And then you indulge in your first bite of a honking great big burrito. I’m just in awe of how this saved me. Every bit of it delicious, perfectly wrapped for optimum ingredient mix in each mouthful, and just so satisfying. It’s straight up power food. I pretty much felt like a king that day. Don’t care if I’m female. King it was. No, queen and king. A quing. There’s something about this burrito malarky that’ll do that. Useful notes: – decent price – great staff – clean, easy seating – one small bathroom

I am a boojum addict. Now that that’s been established I’d like to look at the business critically. There was a time when I couldn’t finish a boojum burrito. It used to be overflowing with meat, sour cream, cheese and everything else you want it to be overflowing with. I think that as the business is under new management it has become slightly more tight with portions. While this does minimise wastage it is literally the only issue I have with the place. On the positive the food is absolute quality, tasty, filling and just all round delicious! There is a wide choice of meats, sauces and sides and if you’re a student you can get a burrito or burrito bowl(which is ingenious and not messy basically everything inside a burrito in a plastic tub instead of a burrito wrap) for € 5.75 which is basically a meal in itself! There is a loyalty card available which if you fill up enough you get free burritos and a free tee after a certain amount of stamps. If you see a queue out the door don’t be put off they actual move incredibly quickly as they have a conveyor belt system which optimises efficiency and ensures all are well fed in a short period of time! Give it a go, y’all will love it!

I am a huge burrito fan & was a big advocate of one restaurant in particular, until Boojum came into my life. Where do I begin… The choices first of all are just unbelievable — 2 different kinds of rice, cooked or raw veggies(or both) so many different kinds of meat & add one extra to your meal for a very small fee(I think about € 2), then decide do you want a burrito, a bowl, a taco, so many other options too, but I’m a sucker always go for the bowl… The food is just so fresh & flavoursome I always end up overeating because I just cannot stop myself from finishing everything on the plate! Absolutely delicious. Along with this they do keep some beer in the fridge but I would encourage the Mexican soft drinks they keep in store(Jarritos I believe is the brand), mango, lime or mandarin flavour are the ones I’ve seen so far, I’ve tried each & they’re all delicious! My only complaint about this place is that they close a little early, sometimes you want a burrito at 7pm on a Sunday!(though with that said many other burrito places don’t open at all on Sundays…)

Ideal pour manger à notre faim à petit prix dans une ambiance chaleureuse et décontracté. Attention au riz mexicain qui est fort.
