I’m a regular customer and I enjoy their aperitivo formula which allows you to have 1 cocktail, as much finger food you wish and pasta(10,5 €). After 5pm in Wed, Thu and Fri. Staff is super friendly and honest with customers: order a weird cocktail and you’ll get their honest feedback. They always have 2 different kind of pasta(usually one is with meat) and really a lot of finger food and salad. I advise you to book well in advance otherwise you might risk to not be able to enjoy food as it will be reserved. Rarely this place is empty, up to you if you wanna challenge your luck. I do not give 5 stars only because it’s not open during weekends, hopefully from Summer!

Best coffee in Dublin as far as I’m concerned. Nice friendly staff too that are up for a chat and a joke

Friendly staff and nice fast italian food at a fair price, bang on the Liffey overlooking the IFSC(well currently as of Nov ’14 there is hoarding on the quay blocking that part of the view). Dublin Bike park is around the corner.

Great location for Friday after work drink. What a way to open the weekend. We called them a day before and asked to get also some vegan food, and they had the most amazing pasta and bruschetta to go with the drink. So basically you pay 10 euro and get a cocktail plus open buffet.

I’m sensing a trend in these reviews and I’m not about to break the mould. It’s a solid 4 star Italian with lots of good things and no really great things. The portions are huge and reasonably priced, great place for a team lunch if you work nearby, and if it’s that type of an work day they do serve prosseco :) The breakfast here is probably their shining star for me, scrambled eggs and bacon with delicious ciabatta toast. Be prepared for a guilty pleasure though… There is cream in those eggs! Nomnomnom.

My family was staying across the bridge in North Wall Quay and came in during the morning rush. The café was busy and the waitress was taking care of some other customer. But in the minute that we were standing there waiting to be seated, one of the customers in line to get coffee to go, came up and got us situated. There were no larger tables, but she moved chairs and got us menus. Now that is service, a place so friendly that even the customers help out. Our coffees(Americano, cappuccinos) were excellent and my scrambled eggs was done just right without being over done. We were on a flying visit to Dublin and so never returned for a second visit, but we certainly would have if we had the chance.

Lovely service(the two guys who served me behind the counter were very friendly) and will definitely come back to try the yummy selection of food and desserts.

I’ve been back twice for lunch now since I moved to a new job up the road from them on the Quays and the only reason it is missing a 5 star review is that none of the food has been excellent. Don’t get me wrong, it is solid, tasty Italian fare but so far I don’t have a favorite that will leave me craving my next visit. The service, the coffee and superior décor will keep me coming back and if and when I find their signature dish I’ll be sure to come back and update this review again. It’s main competition is Munchies down the street for approximately the same price(coffee + sandwich) — it wins hands down in that competition for me.

Café Parigi, a lovely authentically Italian feeling café with seating outside for you to look over the river and an Italian news station on the radio, it all comes together to make for a thoroughly pleasant break from the usual rush around the city. The fare offered is pretty good too — I like my coffee and here they do it incredibly well; the black coffee is hot and smooth, the espresso barely dirties the bottom of the cup and is just about strong enough for you to leave your spoon standing in it. The pastries are about as fresh and tasty as you can get and I should imagine about a thousand weight watchers points(well, even a short, fat and balding man has to watch these things sometimes!). They have also have free Wi-fi available which is a nice wee extra.

Caffe Parigi is a really nice little Italian based on sir john rogerson quay. It only opened a matter of weeks ago and the décor is lovely — little tables and some with an adjoining couch thing, decked out in cream leather with lovely fluffy cushions. I went for lunch and ther is a choice of panins, salads, pastas and a few specials. Just really simple, tasty food. I had the pasta arrabiatta and my friend had a parma ham and buffalo mozzarella salad. We got some bread and a big bottle of sparkling water, and it was only about € 16. Good value! All the staff are Italian and really friendly. I’ll definitely be back.
